The studio flat is a cosy, fully equipped ground floor flat in the heart of the picturesque town of Melrose. Completely refurbished this year, it has been upgraded to a high standard ready for guests to enjoy. It has a bathroom with a standup shower, king size bed and an open plan seating area/kitchen. The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Guests have their private dining area in which to enjoy the open valley view. Including picnic bench and two sun loungers. Lovely walks nearby and on and off road biking including a disused railway line.
