Completely renovated (renovation completed early 2019) with bio-sourced materials, this former farm is ideally located to enjoy the many tourist assets of our region.

Welcome to this newly restored family and vacation home! The house is located in the pretty village of Chavaniac-Lafayette, in Haute-Loire. It overlooks a small path lined with vegetable gardens that leads straight to the forest. The house is as comfortable and warm in winter as it is pleasant and refreshing in summer. The surrounding nature is preserved and offers many opportunities for walking, mountain biking, swimming (15 km), canoeing (11 km)...
