Cottage holiday rentals in Java

First of all, a lot of inns advertised this kind of style–rustic, shabby, a little sprinkle of chic–very few get it right. But this place is; the architecture, the build, the choice of furniture, the layout, even the surrounding landscape is perfect. Like taken directly off a Pinterest reference. The staffs are friendly, the electronics just work, the plumbing is good. tl;dr. It was perfect and worth every penny. A little side note, while getting to the villa itself is OK, if you want to explore the area (e.g: going to the pool), there are a lot of stairs which are quite steep for some elders, so it's not very 'elderly friendly' (only to some extent). But the staffs are very helpful so it's not really a problem.

A stunning oasis of serenity! This villa capitalises on its amazing coastal location ensuring you connect directly to the sea. The moment you walk through the front door, the sea is visible through the huge windows from the family room and bedroom, with a stunning view across the pool and beyond. The open design of the villa means the breeze flows straight through the property, cooling it completely. The invitation to live outside, encourages guests to relax and live life at a more leisurely pace, gathering to dine, swim, and just be. The pendopo beside the beach was a great place to watch the world go by. The villa’s staff go about their duties cheerfully, understanding when to engaging with guests and when not to. The villa has everything you require and is very well designed and appointed. Suci cooks the most delicious food and catered to all our dietary requirements. Komang was very helpful, organising activities we wanted to do. We loved our time here. Thanks for having us.

Pros: 1. Location and view. 6 km away from Tebing Kraton. 2. Surrounding. Private villa with big garden. REALLY BIG!! 3. Spacious. Our villa was enough for 9 people. 6 in bed rooms, 2 on sofabed and 1 on a couch. 4. Air. Not too cold not too hot. Better than most places in Lembang. Cons: 1. Steep access. My fully loaded 1200 cc car barely made it. 2. No helper to buy things because they don't have bike. Overall it was a great experience. Everyone is happy. But because this is a private villa, you better bring more pillows from home if you have more than 6 people.

The best experience of the group we had at Macarena Cottage, the amenities were quite complete. Definitely will come back again.

This may well have been one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at! The villa is perfect; and Ditha and her husband are very helpful. Spectacular views over the lake We made a campfire at night and used the BBQ a lot Can’t wait to go back again 😃

Our stay there was really pleasant. Dan was really available for any of our requests and really friendly and welcoming. Perfectly place to discover the town and visit the temples. We highly recommend!

convenient location for family vacation, especially those from the big city. Adem neighborhood, quiet and lots of trees. Unique home layout. Tableware reminiscent of a small age. The price is worth it. Put it cooler: some walls need to repaint, the front room door is a bit difficult to close and the TV size is bigger so the family can enjoy watching it.

We enjoyed so much staying here, woods make us feel more homey, kitchen is nice, even we dont cook but the utensil is adequate. Beds n pillow make us sleep 8 hours like a baby. Bathroom is unique no doors, only curtain , the old frangipani trees is awesome and the whole premises is recommended ~ thank you Meda n Sari 🌺

I had a lovely time. Indah and Philip had a lot of knowledge about the area and were very responsive and friendly. The rest of the villa was empty, so we had the whole place to ourselves. Very nice amenities and lovely gardens. The area is peaceful and green, with a lot to see when walking. Lots of nice restaurants and I loved exploring the waterfall below the villa. To get to prambanan is about half an hour, into town is fifty minutes. It was nice to meet you both! Hope to see you again next time :)

Ibu Erika and her staff are very helpful. I had stayed with the elderly, Ibu Erika upgraded the unit with the one that had the bed on the ground floor level. We enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the facilities. The room is superbly clean (could find any dust inside the unit). Despite it surrounding by paddy fields and a local plantation, surprisingly, there are no insects inside the unit. Tzy-no is very customer-oriented, occupied with mini bar and car wash facility. Thank you for the 'welcome cake'. Good Job! I Wish Tzy-No continues to thrive and grow :).
