From the check-in process onward, everything went smoothly. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. A staff member warmly welcomed us and personally guided us to the door, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, the stay was very pleasant. One of the toilets could use some maintenance, as the water tends to overflow if used too frequently. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommended . What impressed us most was how this stay *exceeded expectations* for the price. Soraya’s penthouse offers incredible value—luxury that feels worth every penny. The place was as described in the listing. All the hosts were responsive to my questions. It was very easy to check in and out, considering we had a late check in and an early check out. It was easy to book grab from the place.

The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

Super recommend for those who want to gather with friends or family, the villa is really big and the location is at the end so there's no noise from here and there. and Kak Rikka is super helpful :)

Loveliest place, especially for a family getaway. Feels like finding a peaceful, Japanese gem all the way in the middle of Bandung. The onsen-style bath is what stood out, and the tatami room is such an authentic touch. The host Januar is very friendly, and the caretaker of the house Pak Didin is super helpful. Don’t miss out on their bonfire offering. Thank you, we had the best time! Ps: Although the neighbourhood is lovely, clean and generally quiet, but it seems that there are some constructions around when we stayed there. Not a deal breaker for us, but for future guests who might be sensitive to noise maybe ask the host before booking.

We were very happy and really enjoyed staying at Villa Lagita, the villa is very nice, clean, the unit is well maintained like at home, the cooking equipment is complete, the place is quiet. Mrs. Lagita is very kind and responds to every question well, Pak Jay's housekeeper also serves us well. The beach is also very close, just a short walk across the street. very close to Cafe Pandan beach Carita, in the afternoon you can enjoy the beautiful sunset here It is often said that there is a shortage of water, this villa has a storage reserve for water storage, so if the usage is right, it will not experience water shortage. If you want a vacation to Carita, don't hesitate to book this unit.

Beautiful home, nice welcoming snacks. Reza also provided eggs, rice, bread and margarine. Very appreciated as we arrived late night and hungry. Thanks Reza for everything. Next time we visit jogya, We will rent your place again for sure.

We felt right at home here. Such a beautiful home and peaceful garden. Very well kept, lots of space and quiet area right next to the beach. We loved our stay here so much. The pool is lovely and we used the shala for some morning yoga. The beds were great and there were many supplies and utilities in the kitchen. I would recommend renting a scooter to explore the area. The house is a one minute walk from the beach. Here they have the biorock corals which is great to see whilst snorkeling. Do note that the property staff come by daily but you can communicate clearly a preferable time if you wish. Our communication was mainly with the lovely Kadek who helped us in every way. Thank you for everything!

great place to stay, clean and nice room, have netflix on the tv for extra entertainment, and very strategic location.

Perry’s place was perfect. I like the surrounding very peaceful but not too far if you want to explore lembang. Cute apt and very comfortable (and also clean) Fully equipped kitchen which is great for midnight Indomie session. 2 great cafes just minutes away by walk. Perry also a great host and responded to our messages pretty fast.

What a stunning apartment! We have enjoyed our stay and used the pool a lot for morning exercise or calming down after strolling around the city in a hot day. All in all, we were so happy staying at the apartment and will definitely come back 😊
