A super great deal! Easily one of my best stays in Jakarta. The unique interior design creates a calming space for a traveler like me to feel at home. All appliances you need is there: washing machine, place to hang your laundry. towels, tissues, scissors, cutleries, pots and pans etc. I don’t think there was a water heater system, but a kettle and a big water bucket and gayung (lol) substituted it perfectly. The only thing missing appliance from a girl’s perspective was a hair dryer haha but that’s totally fine. Alfa, who I learned is an architect, is also very friendly. Would really love to stay here again someday.

we stayed at Salma's place for our holiday. the place was great, just next to plenty of restaurant and supermarket.salma was super responsive and caring. highly recommended

Edith‘s little apparent is great. I stayed in Jakarta for work. Thamrin Residence has great facilities, pool, fitness, and laundry. Just 5 min walk from Grand Indonesia. Edith has been a fantastic host. I will definitely return!

Of all my stays with my family, this vacation will remain the best. A beautiful villa at the bottom of the sea, sophisticated decor, and an almost Olympic pool. The second Villa, occupied by our teenagers and sufficiently separate to ensure tranquility for parents,by greenery and the jacuzzi and the large garden in front allows an appreciated independence. The second floor has stunning views of the sea and the sides and we had the chance to see the Lovina fireworks the days before Nyepi ( the day of silence) A discreet, but knowledgeable and attentive staff, a hot tub and divine massages and a morning trip to see the dolphins off with the boats, arriving directly outside our door. I can't recommend this exceptional villa anymore. Compare the traffic jams and miscellaneous disturbances of the south, the island, this area of Bali and clearly an oasis of peace.

Wow, this place is so special. I moved here from their other listing (Balian River Hut) because I loved it so much and didn’t book for as long as I would have stayed. So I opted over next door and this place is equally magical and quite different. It’s nice to have a full fridge and the garden out front between you and the river is SO stunning. There are red hibiscus and plumerias and so many different beautiful plants. The tub out front on the deck is magical. This beds here don’t have mosquito nets but I didn’t need them because I just kept the bedroom doors closed during the day. The support from the hosts and everybody they hire are so kind and enjoyable to see each day. I felt so tended to by Komang and the land. I rarely see anyone but maybe 1 or 2 people coming to bathe in the river at sunset every so often. It feels really peaceful, safe and nourishing. I almost never left the property I was on and I could easily live here for months. I highly recommend.

house is good. there is a playground according to the photos, children like it. there is a kitchen, 3 kmr sleeping, 3 kmr bathing. there is no washing machine and dryer. overall good. the condition of the room and everything else is good, tidy. thank you so much. there is a pool in the complex. the playgrounds kids like to play. there are cooking, slides, ball pools,there are books, there is a small theater to watch. bunk beds at 2 kmr.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this dreamy spot! The location is amazing—surrounded by nature, with a peaceful stream at the back and a stunning lake view. The architecture, furniture, and overall aesthetic are beautiful and thoughtfully done. The space feels serene, with lovely plants all around and a calm vibe throughout. There’s a charming coffee shop right in front (sadly closed during our stay due to Eid), but it definitely adds to the vibe of the place. The bathroom deserves a special mention—it’s toooo goooood! Super clean and stylish. The helper was also very kind and helpful during our stay. The only downside is the lack of a proper kitchen, but we brought our own stove and they were happy to provide utensils and cutlery, which made things easy. Would absolutely recommend this stay to others and would love to come back again!

This is a new and very nice cluster. It was very quiet and all the neighbors were friendly. The pool is very nice and the area is nice for morning walks. The cluster is a little far from stores and restaurants but is still a very nice area.

The prior interaction with the owner was smooth, and the manager was polite and enjoyable on the day.

Absolutely loved this villa! Beautiful location and gardens - plenty of space. Staff were amazing and helped us arrange excellent snorkelling and fishing trips (collection from the beach directly in front of the villa being an extra bonus!). Food was absolutely delicious. A huge thanks to the team - we are already looking forward to planning a return trip!

Clean, quiet because being upstairs is not disturbed by the surrounding residents who continue to offer the merchandise. Only two points I want to tell the owner for the apt: 1. The air conditioner in the room opposite the bathroom is leaking so we have to accommodate the water with a basin, and that is very disturbing to sleep at night because the water points that fall into the bucket are noisy all night and disturb activities in the room. overall cold air conditioning is fine 2. The water hose for the toilet is almost broken so it can't be used because the water springs everywhere. That's just a little put in from us. i recommend this apt if anyone wants to rent, it is facing a clean and spacious beach. There are many beds, in front of the guest room there is also a spring bed for those who want to sleep interspersed with waves. two sofas can also be used as a bed. Hopefully with the repair of the above issues can provide more perfect comfort for renters. Thank you so much Nick.

The accommodation was generally clean and cozy, and its great location made it convenient for sightseeing. The host was friendly and responsive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. We met at the lobby and moved to the accommodation together while receiving a detailed explanation. The bed was comfortable, and a large bottle of water was provided. Since it’s in the city center, there was some noise from motorcycles and vehicles early in the morning. The view was nice, and overall, the stay was well worth the price. I had a great experience and would love to visit again. Highly recommend!

Had a great 5 night stay here while getting a visa in Jakarta. Felix was very responsive and we enjoyed having a kitchen to cook in, a nice view on the 38th floor, and a good safe place on the north side of Jakarta. Thanks!

I enjoyed our stay at Joshua’s place. It was beautiful and match the description. Joshua was very responsive and Felix accommodated our needs very well. We love the infinity swimming pool facing the ocean. Lots of restaurants and the mall just right below the units. We definitely will come back to Joshua’s place if we are going to stay around PIK.
