House holiday rentals in Janjina

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 week holiday, We would highly recommend this villa, well equipped,spotlessly clean,beautiful view, and very peaceful.

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Very nice and large accommodation with private pool. Everything you needed was at the accommodation, super smooth check-in and check-out and very nice host! Everything was also clean and the rooms were large and fresh.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

Nikolina was so exceptionally kind and lovely - from meeting us at check in to show us around, lovely gift of wine and fresh fruit, and then kind communication throughout. The home could not be in a better location - just 3 minute walk to the city wall gate. The home was perfectly clean and the showers were the best that I have had in a long time! Highly recommend!!

Amazing location! This place has all the views and privacy needed to relax and unwind. Ante was Outstanding as our host, he was very responsive and gave great recommendations for restaurants, parking, and attractions. Would definitely return and spend more time!

The experience was really great, the house was great and the service was good too. There was absolutely no lack of help and you could always reach someone. There was also plenty of information about the area and opportunities for activities, so it will never be boring. Highly recommended

Wonderful secluded farmhouse apartment. Very responsive host that gave us perfectly clear instruction as well as good recommendation for the area. Having a car is a necessity as most things are 20-25 min away. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This secluded cabin is a true gem! We feel lucky to have been able to spend a week here and absolutely loved every minute. Kole helped us get situated and provided a box of fresh and tasty farm veggies. We like to cook and grilling in the well-stocked and beautifully made outdoor wood oven was a treat. Spending lazy days swimming off the dock and reading on the outdoor terraces was incredibly relaxing. The cove has a number of boats coming in during the day but is tranquil and quiet at night.

Adriagate was not our direct contact, but everything went really well. Our on-site contact, Dinka, was friendly, approachable, available and gave us very good advice. Thank you for all the welcome products left for us.

Beautiful stone house with magnificent view over the sea. Very tastefully decorated. A little off the beaten track - a car is therefore highly recommended. Jovana is a great host and responds quickly. Highly recommended!

Andrija is an amazing host. He helped us find his home and welcomed us with wine, recommended a great local restaurant - even calling them for us, and made sure to show us how various parts of the house worked. The home itself is situated on a beautiful cove. The weather did not cooperate to allow us to swim but our kids had fun playing around the yard and at the water's edge. This neighborhood is quiet and not much going on but an easy drive to towns with shops / restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic week at Dalia's place with our two kids (13 and 11). Her and her husband are very professional, yet extremely warm hosts, who made us feel right at home. They were super friendly and helpful and responded immediately when we had questions. The place is cosy and clean, and located in the most beautiful little spot right on the sea. We woke up to the sound of waves and nightingales in the trees every morning, enjoyed watching the fishermen go in and out on their boats, went for walks and runs in the surroundings, and even braved a swim in the still chilly water (there are two little beaches minutes away). The friendly neighbour's dogs and cats came around to greet us regularly. We explored the beautiful town and old walls of Ston, went for a daytrip to Dubrovnik, and had lunches and dinners in the many restaurants just a few minutes away. We will definitely be back!

It is a pity that we cannot give 10 stars, because the stay here has been more than excellent. An exceptionally warm welcome with a nice bowl of local produce, fresh strawberries and even fresh flowers! Really great! Erika is an unbeatable hostess, thinks along, has suggestions on what to do and where to eat. An absolute must, especially if you like peace and quiet and a beautiful environment.

Lovely Villa, beautiful outdoor space with pool and sun terrace. Lovely access to the sea via Beach with padel board and kayak. Very nice spot.

Marin was great with commutation leading up to and during our stay. This property is a 5mins walk to old town and is ideal for a short stay. Place was clean and tidy and exactly as described. Loved the courtyard covered in grapevines. Would recommend!

Alice and Gordan were so friendly and helpful. Welcomed us to their home. Shared a home cooked meal with us. We had sun beds outside our door, steps into the sea wishing 4-5 meters. Paddle boards and kayaks available for rent. Provided local insights and advice for our stay. Kept a friendly distance but were available if asked. Just nice people! We would highly recommend this location for a seaside, quiet and private break for couples or families.

The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures: modern, very clean, lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped, ideal for families with baby & toddler. Crib with good mattress, high chair with tray, fully blackout shutters – perfect for nap. The spacious layout with 4 bathrooms offers a lot of space for everyone. Beautiful, well-kept outdoor area with clean pool, great barbecue, quiet and relaxing location with fantastic views of the Biokovo mountains. You can drive to the sea in about 30 minutes through the Sveti Ilija tunnel, shopping facilities such as Lidl are only 7 minutes away. Marina was warm, always available, took care of everything, even organized a filter coffee machine and gave great tips for the area. There were snacks & drinks on arrival. The exit is a bit dangerous, but easily doable due to the mirror. We had a wonderful time, highly recommend the place and would be happy to come back. Thank you for everything!

The apartment was in a great area of town, easily walkable to everything we wanted to do! And a bonus that it wasn’t up a huge flight of stairs like a lot of other apartments in the city. The rooftop terrace was amazing and the kitchen was fully stocked. Mare had great communication and even helped us arrange transport from the airport and a porter to help us with our luggage out of town on checkout!
