The house has two bedrooms, two twins and one queen with new bedding and new mattresses. Bathroom tub with shower and washer and dryer. Kitchen with granite counters and island. Kitchen seats four with eat in table. Keurig one cup coffee, breakfast snacks, coffee, bottled water complimentary. All new appliances. Everything you should need for comfortable stay provided. Fenced back yard with deck Driveway parking for two vehicles. Check in is at 3:00. Check out 11:00 am.

Get comfortable and enjoy this private entrance spacious unit with a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. It is similar to a hotel room only larger and no one else has access to it. We have an 18 hole public golf course and restaurant. New Bern is a historical city with tours scheduled daily at Tryon Palace. We are 45 minutes to the ocean. Our winters are mild with some days in the low 70s. Karla’s place was exactly as described and pictured! We felt right at home and the space was super cozy! Such beautiful surroundings and the fabulous oasis Karla has created in the backyard is out of the world! 🌴🪷🪴 The perfect space for a quick overnight stay or extended. The bed was comfy and the kitchenette is well stocked. Climate control was great and the overall value for the money was superb!! Would absolutely stay again!! We have stayed at the Barn several times through the years. As always we loved every minute of our stay! The barn is rustic yet comfortable, with all the essentials. Great host and stunning surroundings. Highly recommend! We definitely will request the Barn next time we are in New Bern.
