I loved it, the decoration, distribution and everything in the apartment is what you need to enjoy. Luis, super attentive. The only thing I would add to make the stay more pleasant, would be air conditioning (since in hot weather pfff it gets like a little oven) only in the living room and kitchen area, the room is a little cooler. And it has a fan that does help. but I recommend it 10000%😃😃

The place is a bit old but it feels well maintained and very clean. The amenities and service are almost like a hotel, although it does not have the hotel's cleaning and linen change service. The common areas are excellent, the pool is around 1500m2 and there is a garden for the children to run. Good access to the beach too. Your kitchen is well equipped. In general, it is a recommended place to take the family on vacation. Thank you.

The accommodation is as described in the publication. Very cozy and in a very quiet area. Mr. Salvador was very kind and attentive to all concerns, both he and his son were attentive. When I return, I will definitely look to stay with them :)

I enjoyed staying here. The room had AC which was a plus considering how hot it was. The neighbors are kind and there are some spots to get food at night in that same block. The place is also walking distance from the plaza. Host gave us some recommendations for food and was really responsive.

The apartment is very nicely located in a very safe area. Everything was excellent. Luis was very attentive the whole time. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent place with a very good location, the hosts are very friendly and available. I think it's great that they have the luggage storage service to leave suitcases before or after check-in or check-out time.

Everything was as described. The apartment is very nice. The community areas are clean. The store in the building is very useful for water. The air conditioning was great always worked. Omar was very helpful and took care of all of our needs. I would stay here again!

I loved my stay! The place has everything you need to enjoy, apart from being within walking distance of the tourist area. I would recommend it to anyone who is on vacation in Leon, I'm sure you won't regret it :))

This place is very safe and comfortable with everything you need for a good stay. Next to it there is a store that has everything, a park for de-stressing, one block away they sell stews. What I always look for is that my car is safe and this place is ideal, safe and roofed, very clean sheets and pillows. In a word, everything within reach, the host is attentive to everything

If you want to reach a quiet, cozy, nice, functional apartment, with good decor and super comfortable sleep…. This apartment is the best option!!! Ever since I chose this option the Host was always aware of my needs, thank you very much for your kindness, the day I return for sure I will repeat with you. Thank you !!!

This truly is the best spot in Guadalajara! Jose is the best and was super helpful and attentive the whole time. The penthouse apartment is super beautifully decorated with the most unique set up. The terrace is very spacious and has the most gorgeous view of the city! There are many delicious restaurant and cafe options within close proximity. Everything you need including a food market is just outside the apartment and all within walking distance. I highly recommend it. I have to say I felt extremely safe in this area as a foreigner. It was an absolute pleasure to spend a full month here and we will be returning soon!

Honestly, an excellent option to stay, the photos matched perfectly with what was in the apartment, a very quiet area, the place was very cozy, the wifi signal was super good, security was maximum, we felt super safe and the host was very available and attentive to what we needed. We will definitely be back again.

It was a really nice place, you can walk easily to downtown and there are a lot of places surrounding, also the apartment has all the services except for the laundry.
