This place is for those who like adventure. Private sleeping palapas with communal kitchen and dining area. The location on the point is the best part. A very nice walk into the village. Excellent beach close by for swimming. Sleep to the sound of the waves upon the rocks below. Great place to meet fellow travelers. The resident hosts are the best. Good day excursions. We would return.

disfrutamos mucho las instalaciones ya que pudimos comer al exterior en el comedor de 8 personas y también la mesa que puedes poner en el jardín a la orilla de la playa, fue súper fantástico la casa está totalmente equipada y la cocina te sorprenderá necesitas algo y ahí está necesitas otra cosa y ahí está!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Muy amable la señorita que nos atendiendo. Siempre cortes y respetuosa. Buena ubicación a 5 minutos caminando de la playa con Kiosko y gasolinera al lado. Zona de alberca compartida agradable con buena iluminación ámbar. Buen flujo de aire y balcón agradable y versátil. Check-out ameno y sin prisas ni presiones. Lugar apuntado para regresar en un futuro.

Lovely stay in San Pancho! Hosts were friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Beautiful, peaceful property. Nice garden with lots of birds. We loved hanging out at the large pool and palapa overlooking the ocean. Appreciated being outside of the town in a quieter area but still walking distance via beach or road. We will be back.

Sandra’s place was perfect for our arrival to Sayulita with my husband and dog. Very comfortable space with lots of room. Sandra was always quick to reply with lots of great suggestions and very helpful. Make sure to buy tortillas de harina just down the road. Thank you Sandra for sharing your home with us!

This simple rustic bungalow was perfect for us (3 adults, 1 child, 1 dog); it was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Easy walking distance to the plaza, the malecón, and the main road. We used to live in Ajijic and so we know that ground-level houses (especially older ones) in nature-rich Ajijic can sometimes have insect issues -- beetles, spiders, even scorpions -- but this house had absolutely none of that; José Luis is clearly staying on top of maintenance and prevention. We would definitely come again.

The home was lovely and very liveable. We had everything we needed: to cook, enjoy the private pool, do laundry before we packed to go home. The gardener came often and the entire compound reflected his attention. The housekeeper refreshed the entire house and linens once during our 12 day stay, which was so nice. The pool guy came once a week to keep the pool water clear and ready for our afternoon enjoyment. When we had questions, we messaged Ramon through the AirB&B app and he responded right away. He always had a solution. Thank you.

Already planning my return! What a magical experience in the most beautiful setting. Tamara was such a sweet, kind person and so honoured to experience Tailwind, a dream of hers that is to provide the most incredible jungle experience. This has been a bucket list item and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend!! 🦋

Agradable nuestra estancia en la casa de Fernando..2 camas matrimoniales bastantes cómodas baño amplio con agua caliente y fría siempre disponible.. la cocina algo equipada y de cortesía nos ofreció su palapa frente al mar donde tiene su negocio de restaurant parece que solo los fines de semana.. el lugar es seguro. llevamos nuestras mascotas sin problema.. Si te gusta la playa de Tenacatita y buscas un espacio cómodo y cerca de playa la casa de Fernando es la mejor opción.. Gracias x todo Fernando !!
