Steven was an incredible host. He went out of his way to make sure that our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. He was polite, responsive, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10 WILL stay again.

This was the perfect overnight stay for my family! My husband and I were attending a wedding at the Barn on Pemi and it was the perfect driveable distance. The house has 3 ample size bedrooms, two of which had their own bathrooms. This was HUGE. Lots of sitting room to relax and Justin was extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd time staying at Staci’s place — it is one of our favorite rentals (and we travel a lot!)!! The location is perfect and Staci is super responsive. The home itself is cozy, clean and well-equipped with the essentials plus games. Our family of 4 enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as puzzling at the dining room table with the fire going :)

This is second year we've stayed at Tina & Robby's place and we love it! Cozy cabin vibes & close to Waterville Valley for skiing. Kitchen and baths are well stocked with the essentials and the wood fire place is always a hit! Thanks for a great stay!

This condo was the perfect size and had all of the comforts of home. Great views and amazing location. Tom was very responsive and helpful. He has a great list of restaurants and local activities. 10/10 recommend. Would stay again.

We spent a beautiful weekend enjoying the fall vibes and exploring all of the beautiful nature destinations in the Franconia area and Kancamagus highway. Honestly, the space was a lot bigger than expected and the residences were secluded enough for privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything we needed was right around the corner, so location was perfect. My children enjoyed the space, however, they couldn’t wait to just be out and active. I would definitely love to come back any time of the year. Only downside experienced was hearing running up/down steps that sounded from the next door townhouse which stopped before midnight and that we couldn’t really watch any tv/videos since the tv systems were outdated. A minor detail, but everything else compensated for it all and we loved our stay and amenities.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and perfect for our large group of friends (three families). The kitchen was well-stocked, and the large dining table made for a memorable Christmas dinner together. The location was fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to the waterpark and Attitash Mountain, and about an hour to Santa’s Village and several other ski resorts. There were also multiple grocery stores conveniently nearby. Overall, the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. Highly recommend!

We visited this home during the Oct Fall foliage season. The house instructions were clear, the house was comfortable and we had a smooth experience.

We had a great stay! The condo had plenty of room for the kids to play and plenty of amenities for all. The location was very convenient and close to shopping, restaurants and Storyland. I am looking forward to coming back.

Dan’s place was perfect for our sister getaway with our kiddos. A nice place to relax after full days at the parks.

This was by far our favorite Airbnb we have stayed at! Mitch and Jackie were beyond nice, responded almost immediately, and helped with booking our last minute trip! They made accommodations they didn’t need to make for us and were sure to make recommendations for us! The space is absolutely beautiful! Very beautifully decorated and well stocked with an amazing kitchen. You can tell they took a lot of time and effort to ensure you had a luxurious stay! The towels are amazing. The linens were so comfortable! We spent the whole time talking about how we could replicate everything we saw at our own house! :) The entire stay was awesome and we will be back in the winter for skiing! Will be staying at Mitch and Jackie’s every time we are in Lincoln. There is no need to look elsewhere! We had a great time lounging around watching movies and cooking delicious dinners in their lovely kitchen. Thank you Mitch and Jackie! We had a great short stay with our two little ones. The place was clean and well kept. They even put out a high chair for my daughter and provided a pack n play which was a very thoughtful touch. Tim was great with communication and we had a lovely visit and plan to stay again next time we are in the area.

When we arrived, we were awed by the beautiful views and charm of his home. Everything was better than we imagined! The decor, layout and furnishings are comfortable, clean, and user friendly. The kitchen, baths, beds and couches are great and we appreciate being able to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. There is plenty of lawn space to walk our dogs and a great sitting area with fire-pit. Hiking, exploring rivers and lakes, little towns and restaurants has been fun! There is much to do from his location. Lucas is a good communicator and has been very accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend staying here!

Kate's accommodation was ideal for both of our families. With four children and four adults, we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. The abundance of toys and games for the kids and the popular bunk beds made it a hit! Kate provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The secluded location is perfect, yet conveniently close to all essential amenities. The thoughtful welcome book was a delightful addition, offering great recommendations for dining, nearby attractions, and the host's favorites. We would definitely choose to stay with Kate again. We had a fantastic stay at Katie's townhouse! It was exactly as described and pictured. Super convenient location near the mountain with a dedicated shuttle and the kitchen had everything you’d need to cook before hanging out after skiing. Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is in a resort, within a half-hour drive to Mount Washington. The complex is beautifully maintained. The apartment is clean and decorated with taste. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The weather forecast said that it was going to rain during our stay. It turned out that the days are beautiful. After a good night’s sleep, I was woken up by the sunlight through the roof windows. I went downstairs, made a cup of coffee, then sit at the balcony to enjoy the sunshine, the Mountain View and the coffee. When the regular coffee pods were running out, I messaged the hosts and they promptly got someone to replenish the coffee. Grocery shopping is convenient. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, plates and bowls. Beds are comfortable and can easily fit 8 people. Native brand shampoo and conditioner were provided. We’d definitely consider staying here again next time when we visit this area.

Condo was perfect! Very relaxing and nicely decorated. Had everything we need for our stay. Would highly recommend!

Herbert’s condo is 2 levels with a spacious and bright upstairs living/dining space with a well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms and full bathrooms on both levels are comfortable with basic needs. Down stairs also has a seating area w TV and games, a great hangout for kids. A great condo for families. Just a 5 min drive to a grocery store and other businesses, like StoryLand and within a 30 min drive you have a number of ski hills not to mention lots of hiking trails. This is a quiet peaceful Bavarian style community with a great view of Mt Washington at the top of the hill. I can highly recommend Herbert and his condo. He is a communicative and friendly host.

We were looking for a week long stay near XC Skiing in NH. Tuan's condo was perfect. It was very spacious and felt brand new. It was convenient to North Conway and Jackson and therefore close to many skiing and dining options, yet it is located in a beautiful, private woodland location. Over the course of the week we had 3- 8 adults staying at the condo and it was great because of the open concept layout and 4 sleeping areas. Furniture, bathrooms, bedrooms were all comfortable and clean and worked well for that size group. The extra space in the lower level was very private and helpful for my two young grandchildren to have their own space, but one small note is that as is typical of most sofabeds, the mattress might not be well suited for an adult that is particular about their bed. During the week, we had several family members working remotely and the WiFi worked well for us. We would definitely return to Tuan's place in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at Hernan’s place. The location was very convenient and the neighborhood is so peaceful. The home has a very spacious common area. We recommend staying here if you are visiting the area!

Can’t say enough good things about Jeff’s page. Free shuttle that runs all day to the mountain or you can even walk if you’re feeling up to it. Amazing views from the balcony. Would visit again!

Our second time staying here and had a great time again. Close to the mountains for skiing and on a clear day great view of mt Washington. Highly recommend staying here for a nice weekend.
