Overall it was great. Clean and comfortable, easy to check in. I wasn’t attentive so I didn’t know that there is no shower, but that’s my fault. I would still recommend this apartment. It’s a good choice for budget travelers!

Airi was very friendly and helpful, we stayed at her apartment, which was lovely and had a beautiful view of the sea. The surroundings were spectacular but maybe were bit difficult to move by foot, but there were busses that connected to shimoda station.

A very convenient location for enjoying Shimoda festivals and events! There is no bath in the room, but there is a public bath nearby, and this time I used the hotel's early morning return hot spring, which is 10 minutes away by car.It was a great holiday!

Used to live at this apartment complex. Was amazing to get to rent it out again as an Airbnb for a beach trip! Only reason why I'd regret writing a good review is so it doesn't get too popular so I can rent it more!

I visited Izu for five days, and I didn't expect that this homestay gave me a surprise.Although the location of the homestay is a little far from the center of the city, it is convenient to take a bus stop in Izuyu Shimoda next to 500 meters or so. On that day, I took my family to visit the Shimoda Kaichu Aquarium, and the nearby Perry Road and the Temple of Sen, after dinner, it was about 7 o'clock, and you can also take a bus to the side of the homestay.This is very convenient for travelers, unlike going to certain places, to catch the last bus at 4-5 o'clock, end the day very early. The homestay is very clean, and it is unexpectedly large, there is a kitchen where you can cook something to eat, the shower and toilet are still separated, the sleeping place can be 4-5 tatami, it will be very suitable for a family to stay here.

You can walk directly from Izuinatorija Station, and the city bus stop is right in front of it, so it was very easy to get around! It was located on the second floor, and it felt like a Japanese family home, so I had a comfortable stay. The guests were friendly and the instructions were quick and friendly. You can walk to the sea, and there is a home-cooked restaurant on the second floor right next door.
