Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. One block away is the Berm Trail and Red Mountain Trail. One is flat and ends at Tuacahn Amphitheater and one is a tough hike up the mountain. Bring your dog as we are pet lovers. The Casita is in the lower level and can be accessed anytime with a private code. There's a Queen bed, cot, kitchenette with frig, Keurig, microwave and air fryer. There's a TV and fast internet. Sit on the private patio outside & enjoy the peacefulness of Ivins.

This charming casita is a desert oasis to us! It is a perfect couple’s getaway located in the gated Encanto community. We are surrounded by desert views, Snow Canyon, Black Desert Golf Resort and Tuacahn Amphitheater. Casita is 250 sq feet with ensuite bath, kitchenette with bar frig, microwave, toaster and sink. There is a small patio area with chairs and gas fireplace outside the casita entry. The Community Center with gym, pool and hot tub. Pickleball court is down the street.

Clean comfortable stay! 11 minutes to Snow Canyon State Park, 10 minutes to Tuachan Amphitheater! Not to far to Zion National Park. 1st bedroom-queen bed, closet, reading nook, extra storage space. 2nd bedroom-queen bed/bunk beds. Bathroom-tub/shower, washer/dryer. Kitchen is small but convenient-fridge, sink, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, kurik etc Living area-reclining couch, swivel chair, smart tv, electric fireplace and desk/mirror. *update*~ instant hot water!
