Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ives Estates

We stayed for 3 nights. check in was easy, front desk very professional and comfortable with airbnb guests. Easy to use the pool area the gym and all of the things the building offers. the apartmant has an amazing wiew and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. place was clean our host Martha was fantastic with super quick straight forward responses. We recommend this unit. Hope we able to go back soon. Thank you.

The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including all the kitchen appliances. It was spotless and well-maintained. The host checked in regularly to see if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. Everything was great! we didn’t have any problems at all. Liliana was a great host. Everything was exactly how it was advertised. On arrival the lobby of the building was a little shabby but once i got to the elevator it was great! The apartment was nice and clean. Cleaning staff was great too! I had everything i needed in the apartment plus an amazing view. Thanks again!

This was the perfect place for our short stay, we were in town for a friend’s wedding. It was easy to check in, secure and private. This was the perfect accommodation for two people. Nice and clean!

The perfect place midpoint to everything from Miami to Ft Lauderdale I would highly recommend and be would stay again.

Navinchy’s place is ideal to stay in Hollywood and move around. The building is high end and people at the lobby are lovely! The apartment is well decorated and has great finishes. Only downside is the kitchen that is not well equipped to properly cook (really cheap cookware). Overall we enjoyed a lot our stay and I recommend this apartment.

The best Airbnb ever! Perfect place to stay with family and have a peaceful time. This is house is just stunning and modern, huge kitchen, amazing swimming pool! I didn’t want to leave this place, first time in my life I feel so comfortable in an Airbnb. I highly recommend this place. Mike was an amazing and responsive host! Recent stayed here had a quick family event. The owner was super responsive and friendly! The home we stayed in was spacious and clean. Easy access to highway, restaurants and shops . I would definitely book again.

Stayed almost 2 weeks and we loved this cute cottage! It is so close to everything we needed and even though it’s on a bit busier street (from Alaska so everything is a bit busier) it was very quiet. All instructions from check in to garbage day to laundry day to check out day were laid out perfectly. All the rooms had air conditioning and the living/dining area were very comfortable to hang out in. The price, location and hosts make this place even better. I can’t wait to come back and visit again!

Great place to stay for any vacation . This place has a great view of the beach and also walking distance. Fast working elevators were a bonus. Host was great at communicating and giving clear instructions. Will stay again in the future!

This was my second time staying in this apartment. and definitely not my last! it is an absolutely fantastic place - very clean, perfectly located, and offering a priceless view from the balcony. the host, Adlene, is super helpful and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience both times I stayed here. Everything about this apartment makes it feel like a home away from home. I would like to return, and without a doubt, this is the only apartment I'll be staying in wheneve I visit.

A family of 6 using the space for 2 days before embarking on a cruise out of Miami. The condo was in excellent condition. It is on the 41st floor with an amazing view. Used the kitchen to make a few meals, well stocked with hardware. Workout facilities were fantastic with weights/bike/treadmill. Walmart walking distance for groceries or drinks. The beach is fantastic and right there. We went to the beautiful downtown Hollywood nearby (driving distance) with an amazing selection of restaurants. Just be aware of the parking and resort fees, and you will not be surprised by them. I think they were worth the experience. The front desk was nice and watched our things for a few hours. Would stay again.

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !

Exceptionally clean, welcoming, 1 BR unit, with a well-stocked kitchen (Keurig coffee machine + pods, drip coffee machine + coffee), and very clean, ample, bathroom. Gym was nice and the pool area was lovely. Right on the beach! Carla was highly responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach Pad! It was so cozy with everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect and just steps from the sand. The beach was lovely and not too crowded. We enjoyed walking to the boardwalk every day as well! We would definitely love to stay here again someday ☺️
