Lovely apartment 5mins from Bern

Located in Worblaufen 5 mins with the train to Bern. It is a quiet building and our apartment is on the third floor. The beautiful river Aare is 2 minutes away from the apartment to swim in summer or enjoy a long walk. Please be advised that two rooms in our apartment are closed & private and are not part of the rental but NOT in use during your stay with us. The beautiful apartment is located in a holistic health center. The center is called Mana Kendra. The apartment is also used as a practice if we do not rent it on Airbnb. That's why you will find massage utensils on site, therefore not suitable for children. In the apartment there is a kitchen with dining table, a sitting area and a shower with toilet. The city can be reached by bus in 15 minutes, without changing bus 10.

Very central oasis in Breitsch

I stayed here before my flight from Zurich. The host was kind and welcoming. They explained the amenities and what can be done around the area. The room was quite spacious and pretty, and next door to the main apartment on the same floor, so it felt quiet and private. The bathroom was actually in the main apartment, but it was accessible and did not bother me much. It is four station and like 30 minute walk away from Bern station, but I love walking and ended up walking all the way through the river to the centre. I wish I could stay a bit longer.

Janina’s apartment was as described: very comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare some of our meals, the shower and tub were both great, and the bed comfortable. Buses were a short ride into town and ran frequently. Most of all, Janina was a wonderful host and answered all of our questions, giving us lots of recommendations and advice. Note that if arriving by car, you can purchase a 24 hour ticket for the blue zones in the neighborhood. We would gladly stay there again.

Access from the station and the surrounding security were good, and I was able to spend time in a safe space.The house was well-ventilated, clean and comfortable.I was grateful to be able to take a shower at any time.The host, Esther, was very friendly and told us about transportation and recommendations for Switzerland.I would like to use it again when I stay in Bern.

We’ve had a wonderful stay. Josef and Brandl are very kind and what we call in Holland ‘gezellig’. We didn’t know the area very well and Josef was there to help us with ‘must sees’. The room is just as the pictures and they have a beautiful garden, they offer a variation of coffee, thee and sparkling water free of charge. Unfortunately we had rain, but it’s a perfect place to unwind with a glas of wine. Altogether a 5/5.
