Regarding the hostess and João, who welcomed us, are very attentive, kind, solicited, thank you for the stadia and recommend the apartment.

We love the stay, it was a family walk with children and everyone felt super accommodated. clean environment, kitchen with all utensils, bathrooms, good beds all very organized. Well located, super recommend, wonderful ap and the host also very kind, we love it.

I was in Ester's place with my elderly parents and my sister. We searched for a place that was comfortable, which had rooms available for everyone, easy access garage, elevator and was close to the beach and markets, bakeries and convenience stores and her apartment exceeded our expectations. It is one of the few environments of Itapema that offers bed and bath linens without extra charge and also washing machine, which makes it much easier for those who go to Santa Catarina by plane. Communication with the host was very easy. The district responds quickly, with lots of sympathy and education. I will definitely reserve the space again and will recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Itapema.

The apartment is excellent and corresponds to what is advertised. Ample space, 3 en-suites with air-conditioning and TV, great kitchen, close to the beach, impeccable. We were two couples and one person and it fully met expectations. I thank Daniela, who was very quick to pass on the instructions related to the property, how to access it and other details.

Flat is great, we were in two people, but fit comfortably four, as the sofa bed is very comfortable and also has air conditioning in the living room. The atmosphere is new, clean, with useful cookware and comfortable furniture. The location is very good, it is close to the beach, we stayed in March and we had no difficulty getting around by car to all the beaches of Itapema. Note Important: Parking inside the building requires skill of the kkkk driver but the street is very quiet for those who prefer to leave the car in front of the building. I loved the city and I intend to go back.

Our stay was simply amazing! The apartment is excellent, very well equipped with everything needed for comfortable and worry-free lodging. But the great highlight, without a doubt, is the view to the sea – something indescribable! The sunrise is breathtaking, a true spectacle of nature that makes the experience even more special. Super recommend and for sure we will host again.

Guilherme is an excellent host. From the moment we booked, we received an exceptional service from him. A very kind and attentive person who always attended us immediately, when we had any questions. As for the apt, note 10 also, very well located, "foot in the sand", close to the market, pharmacies.. everything very close, including in the commercial room of the building where the apt is located, has an establishment with market items, ice cream, açaí, water.. show!!!... the apt is quite wide, a giant room and the best part is the spacious balcony and with a charcoal barbecue, special to make that barbecue and enjoy a beautiful view of the beach!!!!! Anyway, note 10 to the apt and the host Guilherme!! We'll be back at another time!!!

The apartment is very comfortable and beautiful. The proximity to the beach is an important facilitator. You can walk quietly. The garages are secure and covered but a bit tight. Matheus is very polite and agile. Resolve things quickly and gave us good tips about the region. We had a slight difficulty with the access key to the apartment and control of the garage gate. We were in 4 pairs of friends and only had a key and a control of the garage. So whoever left could not carry a key. Always had to have someone in the ap so that he could open it to those who had no key to get in. Anyway, it was a minor disorder

Great duplex for families!* The apartment comfortably accommodated our family of 12. The pictures correspond to the listing, and we take a great advantage of the pool, the bbq and the TV. Great location in Itapema – recommended for large groups!
