The house is great! The bedroom and living room splits work perfectly (which was very relevant, given the warmth that was the week we were there). Everything is rich and well cared for. The pool area and the kiosk are stunning and have a barbecue. Bakery, Havana, supermarkets and many other nearby shops. Confess that our goal was to enjoy the family and the pool, so we didn't even go out much. But you can walk to the beach (house on the other side of the BR, but it has access to the side of the sea very close). It's really worth it!!!

Very good location, close to market,beach,bakery,shops, in short, the way it is described is the place. Next house a green area. Many even 10 wonderful days....

Guilherme was an excellent host, always available to answer us and answer our questions. The accommodation and stay were wonderful, we really felt at home. Everything very cozy and the pool is not even talked about, we enjoy it a lot. Location close to absolutely everything. 5-Star Host and Accommodation.

we were surprised by the house , much better in the photos, smelly and super clean, Osvaldo and his very friendly and receptive wife, we felt at home, all the necessary utensils and close to the market and some restaurants, we had a wedding at the Villa sonali inn and was super close, a quiet and very pleasant place!

Improve further: Rejane was definitely the best host I've ever had! Think of a kind person, who really cares for your well-being in the house and cared about every detail! We went to a group of 10 girls to celebrate our friend Py's bachelorette party, and Rejane turned the weekend into one of the most special of our lives! She left flower arrangement, a cupcake to welcome us, the extremely clean home, separate and smelling bedding, and the house itself is wonderful!!! It's a real paradise! Extremely cozy and equipped, with a breathtaking view, super easy to reach, no noises around and extremely safe! I recommend it with my eyes closed! The house is wonderful, and Rejane is a rare hostess — caring, careful and extremely dedicated. An experience that will be forever marked in our hearts!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa da Figueira! The house is simply a dream, much more beautiful than the pictures show. The spaces are spacious and airy. The outdoor area is spectacular, with a perfect barbecue to prepare outdoor meals and the spa-like swimming pool - it was the ideal place to relax and celebrate my birthday. The weekend was perfect and they exceeded all our expectations! Victor, the host, was exceptional! Always very attentive, he made our experience even more special. All our questions were answered quickly, and he made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. We recommend Casa da Figueira to all who want a unique and relaxing experience. We can't wait to return to this charming place! Thank you, Victor, for making my birthday so memorable!

A pleasure to stay in this house! Super cozy, family-friendly, comfortable, one of the few houses left in Itapema in front of so many buildings. Irmgard treated us very kindly and was always attentive to anything. Close to downtown, the Kotch supermarket... close to the sea.

We stayed 5 days lodged the truth very much with everything. Very clean and tidy place very quiet. I will be back.

excellent location,very close to the beach 🏖️ of ladinho da avam and the center is near tbm market with bakery near the corner of the house the beach is very good clean and has bathroom near tbm the host always at the disposal and helped us with tudu cê have another opportunity I will come back

Wonderful house, very cozy, extremely clean environments, amazing beds, barbecue grill was a glow, versatile environment helping to keep everyone together, super gentle and sweet host, various kitchen utensils, perfect place with super fair price, I'll come back more often.

Fabrício very helpful responded with agility to everything we need. The house with great space we went in 8 people and super met our needs. Parking for vehicles not needing to leave your car on the street, it certainly makes it easy. Near the quiet local beach.

They were perfect days at the Yellow house the house is close to the beach, you can walk with peace of mind.Counts with everything we need to have quiet days, bathing and bedding, clean and smelling.
