Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Itaparica Island

Our stay was perfect! We were already enchanted by the photos and personally we were speechless with the perfection of the house. It was our first experience with Airbnb and it raised our bar a lot for future stays. The hostess is very friendly and very kind, my wife and I were looking for a quiet place to relax and rest as our farewell trip from the belly and arrival of our daughter and everything was wonderful, we didn't want to leave. We will definitely come back to enjoy even more!

We stayed a week at the accommodation, everything was very clean, organized, each one is very complete, everything we needed was available, very comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Artur is always very helpful and attentive to our questions, we feel at home!

The property is according to the description, a very large pool that provided a lot of comfort. All rooms with air conditioning, room with a fan, there was water available on our arrival, Miguel always available, I only scored the visit of the pool that we were afraid to receive because I was not instructed about the time and name of the person who was going, but the host confirmed it quickly. The access to the beach was a little compromised due to the rains in May, but we were able to get in by jumping through the sand on the side.

what a wonderful experience!!! the house is perfect, very wide with new and quality furniture and utensils. a lot of privacy. the noise of the fountains makes the night even more pleasant to sleep. very close to itapuã beach, which is a delight, very warm sea and without waves. great restaurants nearby. iris and its employees are of unparalleled education and helpfulness! staying in this house left the trip to Salvador much better

Casa very good! For those who want peace and tranquility is the ideal place, large and comfortable house, close to some beaches, including one within the condominium. Easy to locate location. The housekeeper Júnior is very kind and request, ready to help anytime! We have stayed a few times already, and we always want to come back.

Nane was an amazing host. She showed me around, explained everything about the place, was always friendly and helpful. The kitnet itself has everything needed, I had zero problems with it.

The house exceeds any expectation. It's just like you can see in the photos and even better because it's super cozy, comfortable, bright. The kitchen is fully equipped (blender, fryer, microwave, 5-burner gas stove with oven, two ice creamers with freezer, all kinds of utensils, crockery, etc.), it also has bed linen and towels. It has several outdoor spaces to enjoy (side gallery with country table and benches, gallery in front with sets of chairs and tables, hammock and garden). Beds are very comfortable, has cable tv and very fast WiFi. The beach is a few meters away and is a paradise. The condominium is very residential, safe, quiet and clean. There are loungers and the house has everything you need so as not to miss your own. On the other hand, the host, Felipe, is an exceptional and very warm person; he is attentive, polite and cares at all times for the well-being of guests. I feel very lucky to have been able to stay here. A luxury!

Márcio is an excellent host. Extremely proactive, kind and cordial. The apartment, although small, perfectly meets the demands. I would definitely stay again.

Quiet and tranquil, yet good food and music in walking distance. Great for one or two people. Almost private beach literally across the street. Concierge people were also excellent. Left in much better shape than when I arrived. I couldn’t have liked it more and will be back!

Joao’s place was perfect. Very secure and easy to get to The beach, restaurants and other local sites. He was super responsive and assisted if there were any issues. 10/10 would recommend.

The apartment is excellent, incredible location with a wonderful view of Farol da Barra Beach. The Flat team is great, from the reception staff to the cleaning team, which is amazing and leaves everything super clean and organized, in addition to being extremely polite. It was one of the best cost benefits we've ever had on Airbnb, nothing to complain about, just good memories. We will definitely try to stay in this Flat again when we return to Salvador.

Fantastic spot with beautiful decor and a great location! The view is amazing and the host is incredibly helpful. He responds to queries right away! He goes above and beyond for his guests and that is very much appreciated !

Super recommend this hosting. Carol is super friendly and helpful. Very clean and fragrant apartment. I felt at home. The view of the sea is surreal. Well, I have no words to describe how at home I felt, José was perfectly receptive, attentive and helped me with any questions I had. If you're thinking of going to Bahia, you NEED to stay in this apartment, I'm writing this review with a heavy heart for not being there anymore, it's simply perfect. A cozy, organized, clean and complete apartment. The condominium is quiet, has a great swimming pool, good parking, is safe and well located. The hosts, José Carlos and his wife Ana, are super attentive, kind, concerned and available (from check-in to check-out). It was a great stay!.

Sergio's space is a real gem. It is very conveniently located which made navigating the city easier. I can't say enough how incredible the view and proximity to the ocean are. Seeing the ocean from almost anywhere in the space - hearing and seeing it everyday really made for a peaceful experience. Sergio is a kind, responsive, and very accommodating host. The only challenge I had was when the internet was out for 8 days. This was outside of Sergio's control and he was communicative through this challenge and after it was restored. I would recommend a visit here again and hope to return.

What an incredible coverage!!! We chose this coverage to gather the family to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday and family reunion. There were 8 of us, and we were very well accommodated. The apartment is spacious and very cozy, very welcoming. We felt at home. Grace is an excellent host. Always available, 24/7. Everything went super well and we had no problems. I requested a late checkout on the last day and was promptly attended to. Everyone in the family loved it and on another occasion we will definitely return to this beautiful and cozy penthouse. This place had beautiful views! We loved being able to hear the ocean in the evenings. The building amenities were nice with the pool and a children’s playroom. The private beach access was nice, however it was a little difficult getting down the steps/over the rocks once you left the condominium entrance. We had kids and older parents with us and had to be very conscious of no one falling. The building is very safe with plenty of security around and only letting approved uber drivers in. Paula was super friendly letting us know about the area and extra kids toys, pool things, and mattresses etc. that were available which we greatly appreciated traveling with young children. The unit was very clean and as described. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again one day!

I almost didn’t want to write this review because as a frequent traveler, I usually keep hidden gems like this to myself. But this place deserves the recognition. This penthouse is easily in my Top 10 Airbnbs worldwide. The views are simply breathtaking, especially from the rooftop jacuzzi, where sunsets feel magical. The kitchen is large, beautiful, and had everything I needed. There’s even a gorgeous outdoor brick stove on the rooftop — I didn’t get to use it this trip but I definitely will next time! Alessandra was available if needed, but the home was so perfectly stocked and maintained that I never had to ask for anything. The location could not be better — steps to the beach, amazing restaurants, bars, and shops all right there. Despite being in the heart of the action, the penthouse feels peaceful and private. Everything was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. If you find availability, book it without hesitation — it’s a true gem.

Amazing accommodation, great location and I loved it! Esper back more often

The structure is excellent! The accommodation offers coworking, gym, rooftop, swimming pool and direct access to the beach — all very well cared for, clean and organized. I stayed 10 days in the accommodation, went to work and took the opportunity to tour, so it is worth adding that it is also very well located, facilitating transportation in apps and even walking. I recommend it!
