Holiday rentals with a patio in Itacimirim

The accommodation is excellent, the apartment is spacious, extremely clean, with very comfortable beds and is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. With a 06/08-minute walk, it is possible to reach the waterfront, in addition, I had no difficulty in getting an Uber in the region. Finally, the host is very attentive and easy to communicate with, we felt at home, and we intend to return on another occasion :))

Mariella is an excellent host, she always responded when we needed, in addition to recommending places for us to visit. The house is very quiet, and it is very close to the tourist spots and also to the supermarket and pharmacy (very important), we did almost everything on foot. We loved the stay!!!

The Condominium is located near the beach and restaurants very private, so you can walk to them. Modern house with all the amenities, comfortable living space & beautiful kitchen. The place is exactly like the pictures. Next to the beach access trail, a quiet condominium with easy access to the center. We loved the stay!

My stay at Bruno's apartment was just amazing! The location in the Cambolo district is perfect, with everything close by: bakery, grocery, gym and a great variety of restaurants. In addition, it is only 10 minutes from the center of Uber, super accessible. The apartment is located at Rua das Linhas, a main road that facilitates access to the tours – which is great, as the vans pass right at the door to pick up the guests. Place itself is impeccable! Beautifully cared for, air-conditioned in all rooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. All extremely organized and comfortable. The condominium is very familiar and with a lot of children, my son loved it. Without a doubt, it was a great experience and I'm already planning to come back. I recommend it 100%!

I still don't know the exact word to describe our stay. House of singular beauty, extremely tasteful, many details that we love. The place matches the photos shown exactly and still manages to surprise us. We had a wonderful time at Akaluma's house!!! Super invigorating stay. A wonderful experience at Jessica's place, an extremely attentive and understanding host since due to my flight schedule I was supposed to check in late, helped us and make it easy to check in without inconvenience. The apartment is as well as the photos, impeccable, with all the equipment and amenities for a comfortable stance. Point to highlight is the tranquility of the area and security of the condominium, with quick access and close to bars, restaurants, meters from a beautiful beach. My family and Yo we enjoyed the place, which we did not hesitate to recommend and be able to return to book this place. Thank you to Jessica for the attention and for making us feel at home.

I confess that before we traveled, my wife and I thought a lot about where to stay, both with regard to the options of stay and places (we were between Porto Seguro, Santa Cruz and Arraial). After the trip, we felt we could not have made a better choice than hosting in Arraial and with the Host Ilma. The chalet we are staying at is beautiful and extremely comfortable, close to the sights of Arraial, drugstores, supermarkets, restaurants, all within a short walk. Arraial d'Ajuda is charming, and for sure the lodging in this chalet collaborated with this impression we had.

Great stay, all very beautiful, clean and cozy, with a lot of privacy. Hosts were very flexible at check in, which helped us a lot. And the location is great, close to the center and the sights and beaches of Arraial.

Cynthia's house has a very good leisure space, large lawn, large pool, we could have our meals while the children had fun. Has spaces for rest, hammocks. All perfect! The inside is also very comfortable. We hired the services of Silvana and Cléo to cook for our family and they were amazing!! Super attentive and caring. Cynthia would respond to all our questions and requests promptly. Anyway, they were very nice days, the house is in front of a beach tent, but we also went to other beaches by car easily from the location of the house.

Myself and my family had a great stay, Javier and everyone involved in the check in and checkout were super attentive, well-educated, helped us answer our doubts. From now on, I thank everyone for their affection and the agility in answering and answering questions. And if you are reading the reviews looking for a home with safety, quality, comfort… You can already make your reservation and enjoy the house and also the city that is perfect. We like the house very much, especially for the location. It is a short time from the centrinho, it is very quick to go there by car or van. In addition, the condominium is a foot in the sand and it is easy to enjoy the beach at any time. In the house we found everything we needed, Graziella served us very well, was attentive to what we need. We have nothing to complain about and on a possible return to Arraial, it would be in the house again.

The apartment served us in everything, super complete, all the utensils necessary for a great stay, clean bed and bath linens! The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures, very organized, clean and very good taste! The condominium is excellent, with polite and attentive employees. It is very close to Tuperapuan beach and the main complexes of Porto Seguro, as well as a complete supermarket, restaurants, shops... all within 2 and 3 blocks of the condominium. Patrícia is very attentive and pleasant, answers the messages quickly and makes us have a great stay at her apartment!
