The house is great, it accommodates the 6 people very well. There are rules for the use of the pool, but everything is very quiet and well explained. The place is excellent, with great location. We had a stay without any setbacks. The owners are extremely attentive and friendly. I highly recommend!

My family and I really liked the house. It's super comfortable, we felt right at home. It had everything we needed, well equipped. The neighborhood is very peaceful, calm and quiet — great for resting. Viviane is an amazing person, she welcomed us very well and was always ready to help with whatever we needed. Another trip to the account, and Porto Seguro continues to be a wonderful destination. The house was just perfect.

Johnny's apartment is great, well furnished, in a quiet condominium close to the beach. We stayed 7 days in the ap, which served us perfectly. There was an unexpected event with a faucet, but quickly Johnny settled with the condominium staff. He has always been requested and responds quickly to msgs. It was my first time with my family visiting the beach, and I couldn't have made a better choice. The house is beautiful, cozy and very well maintained, as well as being close to the beach. Perfect for rest days and leisure time in the warm and quiet pool. The owner, Mario, and all his staff were extremely attentive, caring and always available to help with whatever was needed. The feeling that remains is one of warmth and affection in every detail. I summarize this stay in one word: love. We're already in the mood to come back!

the apartment is excellent. The district is 50 meters from the Discovery Walkway. (Old Alcohol Catwalk). Good restaurants, logistics to other locations is also very good. I recommend it without restrictions.

Very nice and quiet place. Nearby restaurants, supermarkets and very easy access to the beach. Receptive hosts and responded quickly to our needs. I confess that before we traveled, my wife and I thought a lot about where to stay, both with regard to the options of stay and places (we were between Porto Seguro, Santa Cruz and Arraial). After the trip, we felt we could not have made a better choice than hosting in Arraial and with the Host Ilma. The chalet we are staying at is beautiful and extremely comfortable, close to the sights of Arraial, drugstores, supermarkets, restaurants, all within a short walk. Arraial d'Ajuda is charming, and for sure the lodging in this chalet collaborated with this impression we had.

Cynthia's house has a very good leisure space, large lawn, large pool, we could have our meals while the children had fun. Has spaces for rest, hammocks. All perfect! The inside is also very comfortable. We hired the services of Silvana and Cléo to cook for our family and they were amazing!! Super attentive and caring. Cynthia would respond to all our questions and requests promptly. Anyway, they were very nice days, the house is in front of a beach tent, but we also went to other beaches by car easily from the location of the house.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is comfortable, wide, airy. Charming and without freshness, it is close to the beach, which is stunning, part of a very quiet condominium. Located close to the ferry, groceries and the best riverside restaurants. The balcony is large c nets, ideal for resting, reading, relaxing. A shower on the outdoor deck complements post- beach comfort. The kitchen is well equipped. We miss a tutorial that initially guides us on garbage collection, the delivery of drinking water, the location of the light switches. In the 1st moment we are kind of confused about where to turn on the lights or where to dispose of the trash or how to request the delivery of the gallon of water, where to find the cleaning material, trash bags, etc. We had to call Vânia, which was a probema, as the communication, flowed quickly. We were with a rented car, the q allowed us to get to know the surroundings. We hope to return next summer to the house of Vania!

Apartment with a very tasteful decor, clean and very functional. Very good air conditioning and TVs. Location for those who press for rest and safety. Differentiated by having barbecue in the private space. Very beautiful and huge pool. Wilson always available and helpful, made no effort to meet us and with quick responses. Location is the same as in the photos. It has a swimming pool, TV in the living rooms and bedrooms, bathrooms in good condition and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator and cutlery, as well as a laundry area. The house accommodates five people, which was my case, and I believe a few more if needed. The only point that left something to be desired for me was the cell phone signal that did not work inside the house and the internet signal that is good only in the living room, other than that it was perfect. If a router were installed inside the house to repeat the signal, I believe it would solve it.
