Wonderful place, gated community with restaurant (excellent service from Branca) and with the beach as a backyard, historic center, and you can go on foot or by car with parking. I had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The house is super spacious and thoughtfully designed — every detail feels fresh and modern, like it’s brand new. The pool was a huge highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location couldn’t be better: right next to the beach, and just a short drive to the ferry and historic old town. We even got to experience to a full moon ritual at Corujão Beach Club, which was such a unique and magical experience — definitely something I’ll never forget! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a stylish, well-located getaway with a little something extra. Thank you !

Starting with the fact that they approved super fast and were very understanding of our situation, allowing us to check in early even with a last-minute reservation (in the early hours of the day before). Impeccable house, well decorated, with all possible amenities, in addition to Juliano's 10-star reception, kind and helpful, who explained everything and was available 100% of the time we stayed there. Attention to every detail, attention to guest comments made our stay very good. I highly recommend it!

I loved the house,like the listing, Ramon met us well,we had an unforeseen on the trip ,but he super attentive ,proactive helped us arrive of our destination, wonderful home,accommodated very well my family and a couple of friends,the place close to everything ,I went on Wednesday and left on Sunday morning , it was one of the most amazing trips I've had , I'm sure we'll come back more times.🥰

This was kind of paradise for us. We were here a month and it was sad to leave. Since it's a 3 minute walk to the beach I thought we'd mainly want to go there, but the house was so comfortable we spent a lot of time just relaxing at home. The pool is directly across from the house and has a great lap lane that helped me get back in shape! You are in a gated community so it's perfectly safe but you have a remote control for the front door so you can be in and out in seconds. There's a convenience door right next to the entrance with all the basics and several more down the street. Several restaurants and beach clubs are close by on the beach. You can drive into Arraial in 5 minutes and explore all the restaurants and shops on Rua Mucuge, or you can take the quick ferry into Porto Seguro -- there are lots of nice beach clubs in the long stretch north of town. The Baianos are very sweet and helpful. Supermercado Cambui in town has everything. Great work table, great bed.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Conrado’s place! From the moment we booked, he was incredibly accommodating—especially with my parents who arrived earlier than expected. He was so flexible and made their early check-in smooth. The house itself is in a perfect location—in the historic center where all come to visit, yet peaceful enough to relax and feel at home. Conrado also gave us some fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having the best possible experience. The house is very good, there is a single thing missing from the pool! Rs The nearby beach has no movement and most of the sandbank is private to the inns. But near the echo, close to the center is close to the ferry

The property corresponds with the advertised. Everything is very comfortable, clean, new. The perfect condominium. Air conditioning working perfectly. Lucia is very attentive. 5-star condominium, in my opinion. It's worth it.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is comfortable, wide, airy. Charming and without freshness, it is close to the beach, which is stunning, part of a very quiet condominium. Located close to the ferry, groceries and the best riverside restaurants. The balcony is large c nets, ideal for resting, reading, relaxing. A shower on the outdoor deck complements post- beach comfort. The kitchen is well equipped. We miss a tutorial that initially guides us on garbage collection, the delivery of drinking water, the location of the light switches. In the 1st moment we are kind of confused about where to turn on the lights or where to dispose of the trash or how to request the delivery of the gallon of water, where to find the cleaning material, trash bags, etc. We had to call Vânia, which was a probema, as the communication, flowed quickly. We were with a rented car, the q allowed us to get to know the surroundings. We hope to return next summer to the house of Vania!

We had a great stay at the house, close to the beach, markets,restaurants and pharmacy, whenever we needed assistance were available, pool and amenities of the house are great, we would definitely come back! The only complaint is that the air conditioner and the refrigerator were leaking water and need to be reviewed.

A wonderful experience at Jessica's place, an extremely attentive and understanding host since due to my flight schedule I was supposed to check in late, helped us and make it easy to check in without inconvenience. The apartment is as well as the photos, impeccable, with all the equipment and amenities for a comfortable stance. Point to highlight is the tranquility of the area and security of the condominium, with quick access and close to bars, restaurants, meters from a beautiful beach. My family and Yo we enjoyed the place, which we did not hesitate to recommend and be able to return to book this place. Thank you to Jessica for the attention and for making us feel at home.

Impeccable house, even more beautiful in person! Large, airy, bright and in a great location! Very peaceful and quiet environment! My family was delighted with the environment, with the comfort and details that make a total difference! Joel is always very attentive and Aureni, who provides cleaning services there, lives in the house next door and has always been present and attentive with the cleaning of the house! Aureni welcomed us and surprised us with the rooms, which had towels shaped into hearts on the beds, toilet paper with folds, impeccable cleanliness... we even got a champagne from Joel! My family and I are immensely grateful for the affection and trust! I recommend it with my eyes closed, and if we go back to Arraial, we will stay there again without a doubt! Thank youuuuu❤️❤️

My experience at Maria Fernanda's house in Arraial d'Ajuda was incredible! She is super sweet, very polite and always attentive. The house is super comfortable, cozy and offers plenty of privacy — perfect for relaxing. The location couldn't be better: there is a 24-hour convenience store on the corner, it is practically in front of a wonderful beach and access to the center is super easy, with vans passing all the time. Arraial is a charming city. I definitely want to go back.

Arraial Dajuda is a fascinating beach town. Lively at night and beautiful beaches to enjoy during the day. This was an place and host ! We requested an early check in and were accommodated and greeted with a homemade cake and coffee. The spacious house is close by the main city center located in a small gated community and it felt extremely safe and it’s only a short walk to the beach. Due to construction in front of the house we could not access it easier (I do recommend that for future guests it is disclosed that the easy beach access is no longer available) but the walk to the beach is super easy. There is a tiny river that runs behind the house that naturally attracts mosquitoes so it’s recommended that you get bug repellent. The price was right for the stay! Will definitely return
