Holiday rentals with breakfast in Istria County

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Sara, c'est celle que nous avons préféré de tout notre séjour en Croatie ! C'est un havre de paix au milieu des oliviers, au calme, et il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place : un barbecue et une table d'extérieur, une terrasse couverte, tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et la literie est très confortable. La climatisation a été très appréciée car il a fait chaud. Sara est très réactive par l'application, nous avons pu échanger quand il y en avait besoin. Situation idéale pour visiter l'Istrie, je recommande !

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Er is veel moois te bezichtigen in de omgeving. Heel Istria is goed te bereiden vanuit deze plek. Elke ochtend begonnen we met een ontbijtje in de tuin waar je al een mooi uitzicht heb, en daarna een dorpje of uitzicht plekje bezoeken. Je parkeert voor de deur. Airco is super en super badkamer. Gail is heel relax en flexibel. Tijdens ons verblijf was ze veel afwezig. De keuken is even wennen maar werkt prima. Je kunt er een top verblijf hebben.

Es war Perfekt! Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Tag an herzlichst willkommen. Das Zimmer mit großer Terrasse sowie das Badezimmer war in top Zustand. Bei Fragen gab es immer eine freundliche Auskunft. Marco und Anna sind wirklich zwei Herzens gute Menschen. 10/10 kann man nur empfehlen Mfg Martin & Tanja

Marco's place is one of kind airbnb experience! I absolutely recommend people who would enjoy a peaceful, rustic countryside getaway. This place has a charm of old stone house that dated back to 1400, according to Marco's mother, which has been perfectly renovated. Marco's mother offered great hospitality to make our stay so comfortable. we loved sitting outside in a nicely groomed backyard, and the house has private parking in front of the property. The two bedrooms were so clean and spacious. Also, the bathroom was clean and well organized with a shower and sink. There's a washer in the bathroom! We would love to come back whenever we are tired of city life. This is a perfect place to come to decompress yourself.

Die Unterkunft liegt Mitten in der schönen Altstadt. Strand, Hafen, Restaurants ist alles fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Airbnb ist wie auf den Fotos schick und passend eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber, Küche ist gut bestückt. Man kann mit dem Auto zur Unterkunft fahren, ausladen und dann mit einer Parkkarte kostenlos auf einem nahen Parkplatz stehen. Damjan war zwar nicht vor Ort aber jederzeit erreichbar und hat innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet. Wir hatten hier schöne Tage und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

Thoroughly enjoyed my luxurious stay in this quaint and beautiful house. The furnishings and fixtures are of top notch quality, adding both comfort and elegance. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet offers easy access to the charming towns and villages throughout Istria. A truly memorable experience. Would 💯recommend. Petra is an excellent host. She is experienced in hotel business and treats her guest in a professional way. She is very accommodating and tried to prepare everything in advance for a relaxed stay in the apartment. Since the apartment is at the top of the house, you have a fantastic view. But you should have a few muscles to carry your luggage upstairs, because the house doesn't currently have an elevator. Once you got there you will be impressed by probably the best view in town.

Great place. Great hosts - Jasmina and Ana are super friendly and will make you feel right at home.

Wir (Familie mit 2 Söhnen, 19,20) waren 8 Tage in Casa Matiki und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.... Sonja hat die Ferienanlage über viele Jahre mit viel Liebe zum Detail aufgebaut. Es gibt viel Plaz zum Entspannen. Jedes Appartment hat eine gewisse Unabhängigkeit. Sonja war sehr nett und hat uns mit sehr guten Ausflugstips versorgt. In 30-45 Minuten kommt man von hier in fast jede Ecke von Istrien. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind vorhanden. Wir werden versuchen wiederzukommen....

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung und wir wurden von unseren Gastgebern sehr freundlich empfangen.Allerdings war die Wegbeschreibung zur Unterkunft nicht korrekt und wir fanden die Unterkunft nicht.Nach einem kurzen Telefonat kam dann jedoch der Mann von Nada und holte uns an der nahegelegeben Tankstelle ab,um uns den Weg zur Unterkunft zu lotsen.Auch die Konoba von Nada kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit bestem Blick auf Buzet.

Die Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und dem Foto. sehr sauber, komfortabel und ruhig. Für Liebhaber des Nachtlebens gibt es jedoch in der Nähe Nachtbars und Diskotheken. Der Besitzer ist sehr aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt 5 Gehminuten vom wunderschönen kroatischen Meer entfernt. Der Strand ist besonders für kleine Kinder sehr praktisch. sandig, es gibt Umkleidekabinen, Duschen, Toiletten. viele verschiedene Cafés usw. Der Boden ist flach und geht tief ins Meer, was für Kinder sehr praktisch ist. Ich kann nur hoffen, wieder hierher zu kommen! Ich empfehle es jedem!

Phenomenal. The building and interior are modern and new. Like others have said, the hospitality was like that of a hotel (maybe better than a hotel). They had a designated parking spot for us (free), an amazing breakfast was included, the apartment was gorgeous with THE BEST views in all of Rovinj, they provided a bottle of sparkling wine and some treats, plenty of towels/shampoos/lotion, the space was spotless, and they came in every morning to make beds, replace towels, and remove trash!! There's an elevator which is super nice. The family that runs the restaurant was so welcoming and kind, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. I wish we could have stayed here longer. There's also a large supermarket within walking distance. If I could give it greater than 5 stars, I definitely would. Thank you so much for an amazing experience.

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft Dal Capitano. Martas Vater war sehr freundlich, er hat uns umsonst vom Flughafen abgeholt, was uns eine umständliche Busfahrt erspart hat. Er ist extra noch am Amphitheater vorbeigefahren und hat uns etwas über die Gegend erzählt. Ansonsten ist es eine schöne kleine Unterkunft genau wie auf den Bildern. In Fažana gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Strandpromenande und einige Restaurants. Im Sommer ist es gut besucht von Touristen. Ich empfehle ein Auto um die Gegend bestmöglich zu erkunden.

Alfea und Gabriele haben hier einen wunderbaren Ort geschaffen und bis ins Detail liebevoll gestaltet. Sie sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber mit denen man sich gerne unterhält. Trotzdem spürt man das Bemühen dem Gast seine Privatsphäre zu lassen. Das Zimmer und die Terasse sind sehr hübsch und der gut gepflegte Pool bietet eine erfrischende Abkühlung nach Ausflügen. Der Garten ist wunderschön, mit Duftrosen und anderen herrlichen Blumen. Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt, Vielen Dank Alfea und Gabriele!

Das B&B liegt in einem schönen Tal unterhalb von Grosznjan. Wir haben hier übernachtet als wir auf der Parenzana unterwegs waren. Das angegliederte Restaurant und vorallem die Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten hat uns super positive überrascht. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Abend bei einem Nachtessen und einem Glas lokalem Wein verbracht und wurden sehr sehr freundlich bedient. Das Frühstück war eines der besten auf unserer ganzen Reise mit vielen selbstgemachten gebäcken und lokalen Spezialitäten. Der Aufstieg von 300 Höhenmetern, um wieder auf die Parenzana zu gelangen, hat sich gelohnt.

First reaction, we are in heaven! This place was the cutest most quaint home. Waking up to the beautiful sounds of the birds chirping in the morning. Thomas made us breakfast in the morning. The views were spectacular, town is absolutely adorable. This is a must stop and staying right on site with Sandra and Thomas was perfect! Thank you to the both of you for making our stay amazing!

The location in Motovun was spectacular and the apartment was spacious and clean and beyond expectations. The host was very helpful and friendly. It was a perfect romantic stay.

From the initial booking Lorena’s communication was excellent. She gave me clear instructions on where to park and she met us at the precise time confirmed to take us to the pedestrian zone in her car. The bed was comfortable, bathroom sparkling clean with a good shower head and the balcony was so lovely to sit and soak in the view. Lorena supplied us a large breakfast of scrambled egg, cheeses, tomatoes, cold meats, croissants, yoghurts, fruits, fresh coffee and juice. This was all included in the price of the room. I highly recommend this place.

Tolle Unterkunft mit ausgezeichneter Aussicht. Super Frühstück und bemerkenswerte Gastfreundschaft. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt!
