Holiday rentals with breakfast in Istria County

We had a great time at Sara's house, it's our favorite from our entire stay in Croatia! It is a haven of peace among the olive trees, quiet, and there is everything you need on site: a barbecue and an outdoor table, a covered terrace, everything you need for cooking and the bedding is very comfortable. The air conditioning was much appreciated because it was hot. Sara is very responsive through the app, we were able to chat when needed. Perfect location to visit Istria, I recommend it!

Extraordinary stay in this extraordinary, beautiful location, warm and inspiring, many books inside the house, beautiful nature and waterfalls very close. Gail is a supportive host and I definitly will come again!

It was perfect! We felt very welcome from the first day. The room with large terrace as well as the bathroom was in great condition. There was always friendly information for questions. Marco and Anna are really two good people in heart. 10/10 can highly recommend Kind regards, Martin & Tanja

Marco's place is one of kind airbnb experience! I absolutely recommend people who would enjoy a peaceful, rustic countryside getaway. This place has a charm of old stone house that dated back to 1400, according to Marco's mother, which has been perfectly renovated. Marco's mother offered great hospitality to make our stay so comfortable. we loved sitting outside in a nicely groomed backyard, and the house has private parking in front of the property. The two bedrooms were so clean and spacious. Also, the bathroom was clean and well organized with a shower and sink. There's a washer in the bathroom! We would love to come back whenever we are tired of city life. This is a perfect place to come to decompress yourself.

The accommodation is located in the middle of the beautiful old town. Beach, harbor, restaurants are all within walking distance in a few minutes. The Airbnb is as chic and appropriately furnished as in the photos. Everything is clean, kitchen is well stocked. You can drive to the property by car, unload and then park for free in a nearby parking lot with a parking card. Damjan was not on site but was always available and responded within a few minutes. We had nice days here and can absolutely recommend the place!

Thoroughly enjoyed my luxurious stay in this quaint and beautiful house. The furnishings and fixtures are of top notch quality, adding both comfort and elegance. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet offers easy access to the charming towns and villages throughout Istria. A truly memorable experience. Would 💯recommend. Petra is an excellent host. She is experienced in hotel business and treats her guest in a professional way. She is very accommodating and tried to prepare everything in advance for a relaxed stay in the apartment. Since the apartment is at the top of the house, you have a fantastic view. But you should have a few muscles to carry your luggage upstairs, because the house doesn't currently have an elevator. Once you got there you will be impressed by probably the best view in town.

This a great cozy place in a good location. There’s an excellent restaurant just down the road if you want to enjoy truffles. Tavern Most is the restaurant.

The apartment fully complies with the description and the photo. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. However, for nightlife lovers, there are night bars and discos nearby. The owner is very attentive and always helpful. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Croatian sea. The beach is very practical especially for small children. sandy, there are changing rooms, showers, toilets. lots of different cafes, etc. The floor is flat and goes deep into the sea which is very practical for children. I can only hope to stay again! I would recommend it to anyone!

Phenomenal. The building and interior are modern and new. Like others have said, the hospitality was like that of a hotel (maybe better than a hotel). They had a designated parking spot for us (free), an amazing breakfast was included, the apartment was gorgeous with THE BEST views in all of Rovinj, they provided a bottle of sparkling wine and some treats, plenty of towels/shampoos/lotion, the space was spotless, and they came in every morning to make beds, replace towels, and remove trash!! There's an elevator which is super nice. The family that runs the restaurant was so welcoming and kind, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. I wish we could have stayed here longer. There's also a large supermarket within walking distance. If I could give it greater than 5 stars, I definitely would. Thank you so much for an amazing experience.

We had a pleasant stay with our family. The apartment was nice and cosy, the host was very nice and helpful.

Very nice room, great balcony, it gets a bit hot inside during the day but the fan on the ceiling solves the problem and you don’t really miss the air conditioning, it’s very close to everything, the beach it’s a 2 minute walk, the market and the city center maybe 3-4 minutes. Super helpful host, very friendly and they have a spot for parking that they reserve for you which is literally 20 meters from the house. Everything was very clean. They don’t give you shampoo but there is hand soap, a hairdryer, toilet paper and towels.

Alfea and Gabriele created a wonderful place here and lovingly designed down to the last detail. They are very attentive hosts with whom you like to chat. Nevertheless, you can feel the effort to let the guest have their privacy. The room and terrace are very pretty and the well-maintained pool offers a refreshing cooling off after excursions. The garden is beautiful, with scent roses and other wonderful flowers. It was a really nice stay Thank you Alfea and Gabriele!

The B&B is located in a beautiful valley below Grosznjan. We stayed here when we were on the Parenzana. The attached restaurant and especially the selection of vegetarian dishes surprised us super positively. We had a wonderful evening over a dinner and a glass of local wine and were served very very kindly. Breakfast was one of the best on our whole trip with lots of homemade bags and local specialties. The ascent of 300 meters to get back to the Parenzana was worth it.

First reaction, we are in heaven! This place was the cutest most quaint home. Waking up to the beautiful sounds of the birds chirping in the morning. Thomas made us breakfast in the morning. The views were spectacular, town is absolutely adorable. This is a must stop and staying right on site with Sandra and Thomas was perfect! Thank you to the both of you for making our stay amazing!

The location in Motovun was spectacular and the apartment was spacious and clean and beyond expectations. The host was very helpful and friendly. It was a perfect romantic stay.

From the initial booking Lorena’s communication was excellent. She gave me clear instructions on where to park and she met us at the precise time confirmed to take us to the pedestrian zone in her car. The bed was comfortable, bathroom sparkling clean with a good shower head and the balcony was so lovely to sit and soak in the view. Lorena supplied us a large breakfast of scrambled egg, cheeses, tomatoes, cold meats, croissants, yoghurts, fruits, fresh coffee and juice. This was all included in the price of the room. I highly recommend this place.

Great accommodation with excellent views. Great breakfast and remarkable hospitality. We are already looking forward to the next stay!
