Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Istria County

We spent almost 2 weeks at Dragana’s place and were made to feel extremely welcome. The home is spacious, clean and well equipped, parking was super easy (right at the door) and we were very close to everything we need (beach, supermarkets, bakeries etc.). The location was perfect for visiting Istria and all the region has to offer. Dragana and her family were very kind, friendly and genuinely helped ensure we had a great vacation. Also, the garden really is as good as it looks in the pictures :)

The best Airbnb we have stayed in. We only had two days at Luciano’s place but we wish we could have stayed longer. Luciano and his wife were amazing with the children, they gave my son his favourite chocolates and gave him a tractor ride. The house was spotless, comfortable and everything had been thought of. We will definitely be returning in the future for a longer holiday. We went to the local town for coffee (where we found lots of lovely cafes and restaurants) and also found a castle in the centre of the town which the children loved. The local supermarket was well stocked. If you are thinking of staying here you won’t regret it. We had a very memorable stay to end our ten day road trip.

Wow – what a fantastic place to stay. The pictures are true to life, and Dejan always responded promptly to emails. Communication was always seamless. The location is fantastic. Right in front of the house are two bakeries, a small kiosk, a kebab shop, and an ice cream parlor, and the old town is less than a 10-minute walk away. All the sights can be visited directly from the apartment. The apartment (4th floor) is very clean, and the terrace makes up for the fact that the building doesn't have an elevator. The surrounding beaches are about 13 minutes away. I definitely recommend this place for Pula, and I'd love to come back. Thank you for the great accommodation.

Beautiful and clean apartment in the perfect location - close to arena as well as city centre but tucked away just enough that it’s quiet. Jupiter pizza next door is incredible! We loved our stay and would book again. Host was lovely and responsive.

We had a fantastic experience with Vasilija, who was helpful and very kind from the first chat contacts. At check-in, he greeted us with a smile and showed us the whole house, giving us useful tips about the area and offering us a cold drink to cool off after the long trip from Italy. The house was really spacious and bright, with every room very clean and cared for in every detail. It was the perfect choice for our family, who were able to enjoy 3 relaxing nights in Rovinj. The location of the villa is ideal, close to the historic center and the sea, with a convenient parking space. If we were to return to Rovinj, we would not hesitate to choose this house again and would undoubtedly recommend it to our friends. Thank you, Vasilija, for your hospitality and kindness!

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

A beautiful house to feel good in. There were three of us here for 10 days plus our two dogs. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. A small, rustic village with wonderful bays, which are not crowded in the low season. The supermarket is within walking distance and covers daily needs, larger shopping facilities are in Pula. The house is super cozy and you have your privacy. Tihan and Ivan are great hosts and even before the arrival the contact was very good. We highly recommend this house and we will definitely visit this wonderful place again.

Karmen & Edvino were a wonderful hosts! The pictures don’t give the place a justice - the garden & two terraces are lovely and very private. We never saw there anyone unless we needed help. Big comfortable bed, powerful cooker. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. So close to seaside, shops and anything you need! Pula is 12 min driving away. Wonderful snorkelling sites - Kamenjak & Brijuni Nature Reserves only 20-30min away. Great spot to explore gorgeous Istria and recharge your batteries! We hope to be back soon!

Excellent family apartment 👌 We had everything we need for a family with 3 kids. Tv and internet was great 👍 the apartment was warm and peaceful, we feel like at home.

The house is cute and full of character, we enjoyed our stay here. Suzana was friendly and responsive, she gave us lots of useful info.

Vilijam is a very kind person. very responsive and always excellent advice. He is also an excellent cook, Vilijam surprised us by preparing 3 huge grilled fish, a treat. Not to mention the exceptional tasting of its olive oil. As for the accommodation, it's just heaven on earth. The house is functional, the outdoor barbecue with the sink is just excellent and very well thought out. The pool is fantastic, with deckchairs. Everything was perfect and we can't wait to come back and stay there and we hope to be able to share a drink with Vilijam. Moreover, Vilijam speaks English very well, which is a plus for communication. just a word so THANK YOU for this stay vilijam

This is our 3rd time staying with Jasna & Vlado and are very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is within 4 minutes walking distance, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

Would highly recommend Celestina’s apartment for your stay in Rovinj. Located in a quiet residential area around 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The apartment had everything we needed. Celestina couldn’t have been more helpful, making our first holiday with our baby boy accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay at Doris' Airbnb. everything was clean and modern. The studio was the perfect location for our time in Fazana. Doris is a nice host and was always available to answer our questions

The warm welcome by "Maria" was the first step to a 10-day break. We immediately felt well received. There is a parking space for the car right by the house. There are also 2 bikes available. Very clean and cozy apartment in a quiet location. The amenities are excellent. The beautiful harbor and the old town are a 10-15 minute walk away. The hosts are very friendly, caring and helpful. We travel a lot and this place was one of the best we've ever rented! The hosts were always available immediately. Unfortunately, we had to stop the holiday due to an illness, but we will be back!

Very clean and comfortable apartment. On foot it is only 10 min away from Fazana beach and center. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. Quiet and relaxing. Recommended!

Suzana welcomed us with her very open and friendly manner. She was always available to us. The place is simple, but with our 3 children it was optimal. Ground-level exit to the private, fenced garden, 2-minute walk to the sea, 10 minutes to the nearest park. The city was also within easy reach. For us, the ideal location for excursions of various kinds. And if you just want to relax, the property itself offers enough "places" to feel comfortable.

Really very friendly hostess, everything went smoothly. The small apartment is also beautiful and the small garden fits exactly if you have a dog with you. Gladly come back 😃😁
