House with beautiful studio/living space, flooded with light and with lovely views. A master bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in the main living area. A mezzanine area provides a further two single beds. A fully-equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove. It also has a lovely terrace and gardens. Situated just 500m ( 10 minute walk) from the Auberge de Chassignolles with its amazing restaurant. There is an additional 70 m² yoga/dance studio that can be rented separately.

The detached farmhouse from 1897 has been fully renovated in 2001; original details like the wooden beams of the ceiling at the ground floor, the fire place with the large chimney and the thick walls of almost one meter have been kept. The house has been fully adjusted to the demands of today, central heating, modern bathroom, bright bedrooms and two toilets. The authentic details and antique decorations in the living room give the house its authentic atmosphere where everyone feels at home.

Need to go green? Come and recharge your batteries away from noise, lights and pollution in this 1812 retreat where greenery, old stones, old wood await you, but with all modern comforts. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).

Excellent for families, hikes, road biking - mountain biking, fishing, swimming. Lac d 'Aubusson d' Auvergne located 10 km away. Lake with activities for the kids. Discovery of the mountain Gaspard heritage. Autumn colors, mushroom picking, blueberries ... Animal walled garden. Room for storing bicycles and other equipment. No WIFI but all phone operators (FREE - ORANGE- SFR- SOSH ...) are available with your mobile phone.
