The apartment is a 5-minute walk to a beautiful swimming beach. A very central and convenient location close to shops and restaurants, bright and airy rooms with high ceilings and vintage floors, spacious 30-sq meter terrace, and all the amenities including 2 bathrooms, washing machine, air conditioning, and dishwasher. Built in the 1930s, my place is ideal for couples, families, friends, and solo adventurers. Children and pets are welcome. A convenient jumping off spot to the Côte d'Azur.

Studio in private home.

We rent a small studio with independent access, in our house. Guests can park in a parking lot above the property. We are used to access but it may be astonishing when you are not from the Mentonnaise region (slope and stairs in photos). You will arrive in this little corner of heaven a little secluded welcomed by a magnificent sea view and our affectionate dog "Joe" who remains the caretaker of the place, we also accept your pet.
