Mine is an old two-story stone house located in the countryside 10 minutes from the center. Completely renovated respecting tradition but equipped with all comforts. Perfect for couples, but also comfortable and welcoming for larger families. It consists of a kitchen with a living room with a sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom with a bathroom on the upper floor. Large and comfortable outdoor spaces for those who want to relax surrounded by nature.

Free parking in the village from 50 to 200 meters away. Wifi. You can use the fireplace and buy wood, to be ordered - bag of about 20kg, €10.00. Pets are allowed.

We are in the beautiful Valle di Comino, immersed in the tranquility of the valley between Alvito and San Donato Val Comino, close to the municipal swimming pool of San Donato. It is a 2-story detached house for 4 people. Ground floor: kitchen with everything you need and sofa bed for 2 people. Upper Floor: double bedroom and bathroom. Services offered: TV, bed sheets, towels, hairdryer, toilet paper, hot water, heating, parking, small garden.

La Chicca is a newly renovated apartment for tourist use, which will allow you to enjoy the beautiful village of Sermoneta and the wonders that surround it. For your access, we have chosen a "flexible" self-check-in that you can manage in complete safety and freedom.
