Apartment holiday rentals in Isle Verde Beach

To sum up my experience.... Everytime wifey and i need to getaway from the kids we wilk be booking with Gisselle indefinitely .

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Carolina, Puerto Rico. The location was perfect, right by the beach with a stunning view and just 20 minutes from Old San Juan. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was super responsive and helpful, answering all my questions quickly. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax by the ocean while staying close to the city!

10/10! Thank you pedro for welcoming us into your beautiful home! Everything was perfect just like the photos. Very clean place with plenty of linen in the bathroom, beautiful views for the beach and we even had cold beverages in the fridge upon arrival. Also, it was my birthday and pedro had balloons, a birthday banner & 4 cupcakes set up when i walked in! thank you again pedro!

The place is in a perfect location. Lots to eat and beach is super close. Ubers to get around were not expensive either and the host is so easy to communicate with. It’s a really nice place for a quick getaway with a friend or partner.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Eraclio's. The view of the water was beautiful. I only wish there was a screen in the patio door, so I could have left it open. The AC units and ceiling fans did a good job of keeping the temp comfortable. I like that there was a TV in both the living room and bedroom for my lazy day and that beach chairs are provided. Plenty of towels were provided. I saw in another review that washcloths, were not provided, so I just brought a couple with me. Luckily I didn't experience any power outages during my stay and the wifi connection was good. I didn't communicate with Eraclio much during my stay, but when I had questions he answered in a timely manner.

We only stayed for 1 night at the end of our trip. It was great proximity to the airport. You can hear airplanes but it wasn’t terrible. The pool was so wonderful! Beatriz’s place was super clean. Could walk to the beach and some restaurants. Easy to get an uber. Would stay here again!

This place was very clean, smelled great, and comfortable. There were 4 of us stayed at this place and it was perfect for us. Having a stove and microwave was very helpful. The Roku tv was a nice touch. The beds were super comfy.

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

This stay was by far one of my best experiences staying at an air bnb. The location was such an immersive experience right by beautiful land marks and amazing food as well as really fun night life. The property itself was so charming & extremely well kept. Omar was very helpful and accommodating with anything I needed during my stay! Will definitely come back time and time again!

We loved this place!! The location is great. A two minute walk from to the beach and several places to eat on the strip. There’s a 24 pharmacy across the street and a Grocery store five minutes away in an uber. I would most def recommend this Airbnb!!

What a wonderful stay! Thank you so much to Sandra for an exceptional check-in/out process, as well as providing such a beautiful apartment. We loved our stay, and loved being right by the airport. Private pristine, and gorgeous beach right behind the apartment building was to die for. All in all, 11/10 experience, and if we ever return, we know where we’re staying!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. This is a beautiful cozy apartment. Apartment is as seen on pictures. Place was very clean very comfortable. Had all that is needed in the kitchen. Comfortable bedroom, excellent air conditioning systems in both living room and bedroom. Hot water available at all times in bathroom and kitchen. Netflix and Roku TV available in both the bedroom and the living room there is no balcony however, there are two big sliding doors that you can slide open to enjoy the breeze and if you look towards the right, it has a beautiful view of the Isla verde beach. Excellent location, five minutes from the airport. I look forward to possibly booking again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Diana’s! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly accommodating—quick to respond, helpful with local tips, and genuinely kind. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Diana has beach chairs and towels readily available so no need to buy those. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

We had a wonderful stay at John & Evelyn's ocean front dream place. The condo was clean and has a fantastic view of the beach. It's close to the airport and lots of places to eat. Old San Juan is about 15 minutes drive. I will highly recommend this place.

Really enjoyed my stay at this condo in Isla Verde. The place was just like the listing clean, cozy, and in a great spot. Host was easy to communicate with, no issues at all. I’ve stayed in this building before and always feel comfortable here. Would definitely book again!

Marisol was very responsive, she was also accommodating to the best of her ability with an early check in. The space was exactly as the photos showed and was described. The few minute walk to the beach was very convenient as well as the beach chairs and cooler Marisol provided as well. Overall, my stay was very relaxing, the location was quiet but also a walkable distance to most attractions. I would definitely recommend booking.

My and my girlfriends stay at Delia’s place was amazing. Excellent location close to restaurants, bars, and the beach. She was very thoughtful and had complementary water and orange juice in the fridge. Plenty of extra towels and even beach chairs and an umbrella. Her place was very well organized and very viby. Had a great experience overall and would definitely book again.
