Across from the building we have a small shopping area with different restaurants and convince store. Has one bed for 2 adults & a convinient air matres Full size for a child if needed.

This is a large studio on the top floor of a 12-story condo, located right on the sand, with a truly breathtaking view of the best beach in San Juan (rated #1 urban beach in the world by USA today), floor-to-ceiling windows, reserved parking, split AC unit, WiFi, and Roku TV, in a secure building with key-operated elevators. All very accessible, since it is a first floor, right at the entrance of the beach. Marbella del Caribe is an extremely central and safe condominium that is indeed on the beach, surrounded by all kinds of culinary flavor, music and folklore. Our guests have the option of having a relaxing vacation or Enjoy night life just a cross the street.
