On the main strip literally next door to a 5 ☆ resort (El San Juan Hotel) and within 1-2 blocks of ANYTHING you'd want or need: Beach, bars, casinos, pharmacies, supermarket & restaurants...FREE PARKING ON SITE. Beachfront locations are not ideal here during the evening hours because of poor street lighting which makes our place perfect. You're in the middle of it all! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Enjoy the full Puerto Rican experience. Everything at walking distance, beach, great variety of restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. Five minutes drive from the International Airport and 15 minutes from the historical Old San Juan. Easy access to the expressway so you can explore the rest of this wonderful island. It's a beautiful loft that's walking distance to everything. Once you are out the door the first thing you'll see Pine Groove Beach. If you decided to have breakfast first on your right, there is a 24/7 Dennis restaurant. You can find more restaurants to your liking, Malls, Hobbie Beach, ice cream stores, Muñoz Marie Airport and close to other cities. Isla Verde, Condado and Old San Juan cities are beautiful with great views, serene environment and an exciting night life.
