Pass through Mediterranean style patios and enter into a comfortable, private studio with private bath and kitchenette. Relax on the deck or one of the outdoor couches. Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Newly remodeled large bedroom (with cal king bed), bathroom, and patio with private entrance and self check-in. While sitting outside, enjoy the view of the nature preserve and listen for tree frogs and, if you're lucky, coyotes, too. There is a 1.5 mile walking path across the street offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. Take a different path (.4 mi each way) toward local @CaptainFattys microbrewery (check IG for wood fired pizza and events).

Cozy Studio w/Private entrance & parking. KING BED

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Canyon Escape close to UCSB, the beach & golf.

1 Bedroom plus Loft with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Our beach themed unit is the ideal place to access all that the central coast has to offer. Cook a nice dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, sip a glass of wine on your private patio, watch tv in the comfortable living room, or work if you must at the desk upstairs (with a Mountain View). Close to UCSB, Sandpiper Golf Course, the Beach and Bacara Resort and Spa. And get to the wine country in a half hour.

Very clean 1BR (10x10’), 1 small BA, small LR(10x14’) and private patio! 1/2 mi from the bluffs! All essentials: microwave,smartTV, WiFi, minifridge, coffee,snacks. Very comfy beds, even sofabed, safe quiet neighborhood. One cal king bed in br+ sofabed in LR. Peaceful serene patio. Perfect for 2, ok for 3. BA is compact, with shower, toilette, sink sharing same tiled floor, but still well stocked with amenities.

Carola was such an amazing and friendly host! The studio is so cute and cozy with comfortable AC, a small bed for a toddler, and complementary wine. It’s only a 3-4 min drive into Solvang and still really private. It was quiet during the night as if no one was home. The chickens and the two goats were a bonus. Felt good to be away from the city life. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully getting to know Carola more.

Modern suite with ocean view

Looked just like the pictures. I have been RV traveling and had laundry. Her washer and dryer were conveniently located right outside my door. So that was nice. Because of my large RV Van it can be hard to park so I was in touch with her about parking in thr driveway which there was space and she let me know it's a steep driveway. I parked on the side of the house which there was a spot I fit. The room has no heat, I didnt even think about it until I got there. so it got cold at times. I didn't ask for a heater, Maybe she would have had one I could borrow. also I had my RV van parked out from that has lots of blankets. But she seemed like she had lots of accommodations and probably would have accommodated me if I asked. love spot that I could go to again!! perfect setup up.
