Héctor mantuvo excelente comunicación y contestó cada pregunta que le hacía sin problemas, además fue muy amable en dejarme tener una visita momentánea por cuestiones de mi trabajo, tenía todo lo que necesitaba, muy tranquilo el lugar para descansar. 100% recomendado.

The place was cute and comfy. I would definitely return back. The neighborhood was quiet and the space was as private. Abdiel was super quick to respond and friendly.

Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

Joseph fue súper amable y muy servicial con nosotros , El area súper tranquila , parking para el carro , y mucho que hacer cerca …… restaurantes 24 horas, playa , Discotecas, supermercados , gasolina ⛽️ , El apartamento igual que en las fotos , bueno todo! Cosina, cama, baño, aire acondicionado y todo lo demás . Lo pasamos super bien , relajados , comodidades y no nos faltó nada.

Place was as described, in a great location, and parking was always available. Renier was a great host and always available for support and help with any concerns we had during our stay; he also shared some local cultural activities with us to enjoy. Would rent with him and Carmen again in the future!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay! Host is super responsive! I traveled alone and felt safe at all time especially in the building! Security are friendly and helpful!! The loft was clean and provided all you’d need for a comfy stay! The view was beautiful and it matches the pictures! The location, spectacular! The beach was across the street and several restaurants, boutiques and health mart, I recommend la hacienda for coffee, they also have rose, wine, snacks, delicious sandwiches, and a they also have really good cilantro chicken salad. I would and plan on staying here again!

This is a beautiful cozy apartment. Apartment is as seen on pictures. Place was very clean very comfortable. Had all that is needed in the kitchen. Comfortable bedroom, excellent air conditioning systems in both living room and bedroom. Hot water available at all times in bathroom and kitchen. Netflix and Roku TV available in both the bedroom and the living room there is no balcony however, there are two big sliding doors that you can slide open to enjoy the breeze and if you look towards the right, it has a beautiful view of the Isla verde beach. Excellent location, five minutes from the airport. I look forward to possibly booking again in the future.

Great location, in the middle of everything Isla Verde has to offer. Very walkable to restaurants, entertainment, beach. The apartment is well equipped. The host is very responsive. The apartment features everything you would normally need for a successful vacation to include central a/c. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great experience in this beautiful condo on Isla Verde Beach! Everything was exactly as described, if not better! Great location, easy to navigate to restaurants and convenience stores. Felt safe and comfortable in the Coral Beach Towers. Very family friendly with beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler. Highly recommend this host and location, as we would definitely stay here again! Thanks for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s Airbnb! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and as described in the listing. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The kitchen had all the essentials. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space, like the cozy lighting, quality linens, and little extras that showed real attention to detail. The location was ideal conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood that offered quiet and relaxation at the end of the day. It was the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. Sonia was a fantastic host, communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions. She clearly cares about her guests’ experience and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I absolutely recommend.

At first it was really hard to find the place. Took a cab to the address Namil sent me & got taken 5 minutes away from the home, it was hard to get another uber and get the correct address. Otherwise the house was amazing, just like the photos, spacious and clean. I love that the house is built for a family with kids. The pool has a side for the smaller children and a side for the bigger ones. Great place thank you

Juan's place offers great value for its location, its amenities and accessibility. It's almost at the center of the Isla Verde strip with direct access to the beach. You can walk to restaurants, the hotel lounges and right out to the water (via a gate) as you please. A parking spot is included as well which is a top consideration for anyone with a car staying in the area. Communication was easy and check-in was smooth. Providing you're not a pretentious traveler this place will serve you well. I would stay here again.

Loved the location! Super close to the beach and tons of places to eat, grab coffee, and hang out…all walkable. The area had a great vibe and made it easy to just relax and enjoy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay with great value! It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and ubers to Old San Juan and elsewhere were also super affordable! We did have issues with the shower being either too hot or too cold, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Rafaelito was AMAZING very attentive, excellent communication I couldn’t ask for nothing more. His home is very cozy! Can’t wait to see the finish results of the upgrades he’s doing! Nico received so many pets and was soo playful loved that little pup! Airbnb not to far from the airport as well as the area is very calm. I definitely recommend

Franchesca’s place was a great stay! Everyone in the complex was very friendly and great to talk to. Franchesca was very responsive and answered all of our questions, as extra as they may have been. If you’re looking for a place that’s a hallway and sand away from the private beach, this place is for you.

I had a wonderful stay in Isla Verde! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The building has great amenities — a pool, basketball court, and super easy access to the beach. One of our favorite features was the balcony with a beautiful beach view. At night, we left the balcony door open and enjoyed the cool ocean breeze, so we didn’t even need to use the AC. There’s a little trick to the hot water — just flush the toilet and the shower heats up instantly! It worked every time. The location is perfect too, with plenty of great food options within walking distance. We’d definitely stay here again!

Harry’s place is perfect for a weekend stay. It has all the basic amenities, it’s cozy, and they’ve added thoughtful touches throughout. Check in was easy and communication was easy and clear. We would definitely recommend this place!

Maria was awesome! I had a bit of a issue finding the house because of the GPS but I spoke with Maria and led me straight to the correct location. She always responded in a timely manner. the home was nice and just right for the couple days I stayed. The only thing I can say was that the water in the shower would go from hot to cold really fast but it was workable. I will definitely be back!!

Simplemente perfecto. El alojamiento superó todas mis expectativas. La ubicación es inmejorable: todo estaba cerca y accesible, lo que facilitó muchísimo mi estadía. El lugar estaba impecable, muy limpio, bien cuidado y con todos los servicios funcionando perfectamente. Me sentí muy cómoda desde el primer momento. Sin duda, me encantó y volvería sin pensarlo.
