Apartment holiday rentals in Isla Verde Beach

I recommend Veronica’s place to anyone. It was very clean and just a short walk to the beach. The beach towels and chairs being included was a very big plus! She was super accommodating to our flight time and allowed for a late check out so we didn’t have to wait at the airport. She was very responsive with any questions we had. The building does look a little sketchy and needs some work but the inside of Veronica’s is completely remodeled. I would stay again!

Perfect studio apartment with everything you need and, most importantly, a comfortable bed. Having parking included was great since parking in the area can be difficult. Walking distance to several restaurants and Walgreens is also nearby.

I traveled for my birthday weekend with my small family(3). I first have to say that host sent me clear information on how to get to the apartment. Second the apartment is very cozy, comfortable and the most important for my husband and I was the cleanliness of the apt. Also, host is always in communication with you. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it without doubts. Only downside is that apartment building do need some aesthetic work anyhow everything is accurate and if I go back, I would stay at this place again.

For my first time in PR and first BNB I have nothing negative to say. The location was very good close to many restaurants, casinos and the beach right there. The view in the place was GREAT didn't want to leave. I would definitely stay there again. FIVE STARS FROM ME.

Our stay was pleasant. A few suggestions. It would be great if there were a dresser with drawers and in the shower something to hold the toiletries when you shower. Our host was very friendly and informative! Would recommend.

The unit was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean; AC worked well; smart TVs; kitchen was stocked with basics; beds, linens, and bathrooms were clean. The location was great! Right near airport, very close to supermarket, and walkable distance to nearby restaurants. Beach access was convenient. The building has a cafe and bar in the lobby, and we enjoyed being able to go down and get coffee every morning! The host was accommodating and let us check in an hour early since our flight landed before check-in time. The arcade/game room mentioned in the description had mostly out of order games, but we were able to play table tennis. The parking garage was nice, but beware the entrance is a little tight if you have an SUV! When we were there, only one set of elevators were working, but we didn't mind because we never had to wait long. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and feel we got the full value! Great price for what we received. Would recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay at Demi & Andrea’s condo from May 29 to June 2! The 2-bedroom unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were cozy, the living space was bright and inviting, and we appreciated the small touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect—convenient to local spots but still peaceful and quiet for relaxing after a day out. Check-in was seamless, and Demi & Andrea were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Such a great stay! You can see the beach straight from your room/balcony. It came supplied with everything you might need for your stay and it’s so close to so many wonderful restaurants and markets.

We had a great stay at Mark’s apartment! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach—and the pool area was a big plus. The apartment was a good size for our family, quiet, and had strong A/C, which was great for the warm weather. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the building staff, including security, were friendly. Mark was a responsive and helpful host. One thing to note: the kitchen was compact and had limited counter space, which made it a bit tricky to cook full meals, especially with a toddler. It’s fine for quick meals but may be a challenge for longer stays. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like blackout shades and beach gear - it made traveling with a little one much easier. The overall atmosphere of the building felt safe and relaxed. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, it truly felt cozy and welcoming. Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

Honestly, I cannot explain how much we loved this location. We traveled with a few friends from the area and even they agreed that this location was absolutely perfect. Yolanda made the entry to the condo easy and smooth and even a little flexible for us. She was beyond sweet and helpful. We did rent a van and loved that it was locked in the gated parking lot (just an added bonus as it was a rental). John left a list of local places to eat and they were all wonderful. Would absolutely come back and stay again!

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Juan was responsive, available and helpful. He’s place is clean and comfortable. I liked how the ocean was near our stay, literally walking distance. Also, the sauna and cafe shop in the lobby made our stay even more pleasant. I definitely recommend to stay :)
