Holiday rentals with a patio in Isla Verde Beach

Such a great stay! You can see the beach straight from your room/balcony. It came supplied with everything you might need for your stay and it’s so close to so many wonderful restaurants and markets.

This is my second time booking with Sheila as our host. The apartment is true to photos. Conveniently located near many restaurants and bars and most importantly the right next to Isla Verde beach. Thank you for everything once again Sheila. Looking forward to booking again in the near future.

The area is privileged by its location, the beach is behind the building and the restaurants are nearby. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need to cook. Recommended.

Great experience in this beautiful condo on Isla Verde Beach! Everything was exactly as described, if not better! Great location, easy to navigate to restaurants and convenience stores. Felt safe and comfortable in the Coral Beach Towers. Very family friendly with beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler. Highly recommend this host and location, as we would definitely stay here again! Thanks for your hospitality!

Our stay was amazing! The view from the bedroom is absolutely gorgeous. I did read some complaints about noise from the streets. I brought my hatch and used it every night. The beds are very comfortable! We slept great! I'd definitely recommend this property to others.

The apartment was totally comfortable, there were 4 of us and we felt comfortable. It met our expectations upon arrival. We are definitely considering coming back.

Kiley is an excellent host. She has truly thought of everything you could need or want at an airbnb. Her communication is excellent. My husband and I had a rough start to our trip at another airbnb, and Kiley did what she could to make our stay more relaxed and comfortable. Her guidebook is so helpful! Her place is spotless and honestly smells so peaches. everything was impeccably clean and in pristine condition. She put a lot of time and effort into dedicated this airbnb to her beloved pup, Peaches, and it shows. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

Christian was very attentive and made it super easy and comfortable to ask questions. The house is beautiful and the private backyard with the pool and pool table made the house experience 10x better! Definitely very clean and spacious!

Hector was super responsive and immediately called me to help when I asked a question.

Dan’s place was incredible — right on the beach (not just close), which was perfect for us since we’re total beach people. It’s also conveniently located near amazing restaurants and even a casino, if that’s your thing (we didn’t go, but it’s nice to have options!). The unit itself is beachfront and part of a stunning building that features a lobby bar, secure private entrance, and garage parking — everything felt safe and well-kept. Check-in was smooth and Dan was super accommodating throughout the process. Overall, I give both the place and Dan a solid 10/10. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.

Wow what a beautiful home, with a beautiful view. Mary provided us with all the information needed as well as answering any questions. She provided enough supplies at the house. We really enjoyed the view, the locals, the food. Everything was perfect.

Emmanuel place was great and cozy. parking inside the community. I felt safe all the time with my family. the place is very inviting. walkable supermarket. The building is a beach front building which is convenient to spend a day out there. we had an amazing time. Thank you again

My husband and I stayed a week for our honeymoon, and it was fantastic! Couldn’t have asked for a better view or easier walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and had essentials and more. We loved spending time on the balcony. You walk out of the condominium, out of the gate and onto the beach! And there’s a shower by the gate to rinse off when you come back. Lots of good restaurants nearby and a couple down the beach. My favorite was Kumo, a 5-minute walk and on a rooftop with an amazing view. Can’t wait to come back!

I had the pleasure of staying at Jose’s property, and I couldn’t be more impressed the property itself is fantastic spacious and well maintained what really stood out though were the views I had an incredible vantage point of both the ocean and the city the neighborhood had plenty of local spots to eat nearby if you’re looking for a place with stunning views a responsive host and a great overall experience I highly recommend Jose’s place I’ll definitely be returning for my next visit!
