Todo excelente, muy limpio, buena ubicación, zona tranquila, siempre muy atentos. Un buen lugar para quedarse.

Una excelente opción, súper céntrico, y a pesar que está al lado de la zona de antros, no se escucha ruido, tiene una vista espectacular y el depa tiene todo lo que se necesita.

A nice get away from the crowds. Can walk or get an uber for a few dollars to restaurants/stores. The pool was clean and no one was ever in it. Very safe environment as well.

Eric is a great host, he met me for check in and gave a tour. Also bid farewell at checkout. The place is as described with fast WiFi allowing for remote work, with a desk in the main bedroom. The AC works well in the bedroom and the water pressure is great. Not much traffic on street so pretty quiet, and Ubers are affordable.

We had a wonderful stay at Cusho’s home in Cancun! The location was perfect—peacefully tucked away from the hustle of the hotel zone, yet still central and convenient to everything we needed. Cusho’s team, especially Elsi and Carlos, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cusho and Louise were incredibly responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had throughout our trip. We were traveling with a toddler, and they were so accommodating—helping us coordinate baby gear rental before our arrival, which made a huge difference. It truly felt like they thought of everything. We would absolutely love to return to Cancun and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This was one of the best—if not the best—Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

Booked Luis’s place day of for a last minute stay and he was super accommodating. Comfortable accommodation for one night with all the needed amenities. Also quite a few restaurants and shops nearby. We arrived late at night and the place was a bit hard to find but Luis gives very detailed instructions which are helpful. Overall would recommend!

Este lugar te permitirá vacacionar con total libertad, tiene buena movilidad, cuenta con lo que necesitas, llegada y salida autónoma, colonia muy tranquila, casa tranquila, si estas con tu familia de verdad no lo pienses, este lugar es perfecto para ellos. Las fotos no le hacen mucho honor al lugar, esta más bonito.

Super Energie , toller Aufenthalt Die Beschreibung zur Anfahrt war super und wir wurden vorm Haus in Empfang genommen. Uns wurde alles genau erklärt und gezeigt. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich, sauber, hell, sehr einladend. wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist der Hammer, aber auch der Flair der Rückseite des Hauses, also Aussicht aus den Schlafzimmern hat mir sehr gefallen. Es stand 1 Kanister Wasser bereit und auf Anfrage kam direkt ein Zweiter. Wir wurden vom Eigentümer direkt zum Supermarkt in Cancun gefahren um einen großen Einkauf zu machen. Lebensmittel in Cancun sind sehr teuer meiner Meinung nach. Die Zimmer sind super aufgeteilt mit den 2 Bädern und der Einrichtung, super. Nachts war es laut am Strand: Menschen, Musik und Motorradshows. Ist nur fair dies zu erwähnen für Menschen die einen leichten Schlaf haben. Nach 2 Gläsern mexikanischem Wein habe ich gut geschlafen, aber meine Mutter hat jede Nacht alles gehört. Strand direkt Tür sowie Restaurants, Markt

Excelentes anfitriones, siempre estuvieron al pendiente, la casa limpia y tal cual como se describió y como está en las fotos. Nos dieron muchas recomendaciones e indicaciones de como llegar a los lugares. Mi familia y yo les agradecemos mucho sus atenciones y amabilidad. Sin duda la recomendaría a mis conocidos y volveriamos a regresar. Gracias por todo 😊

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

casa muy amplia especial para 2 familias que desean compartir tiempo de vacaciones. cocina amplia y la alberca excelente para nuestros niños. la cocina y refrigerador amplios, la ventilación y temperatura se adecuadas muy bien gracias

Casa.muy linda, ordenada y el anfitrión siempre muy atento, además el transporte pasa frente a la casa lo cual te permite trasladarte a todos lados.

recomiendo la casa, pues lo que más nos gustó es la seguridad que hay en el fraccionamiento, que el anfitrión estuvo desde un día antes, durante y después muy atento a nosotros y nuestras necesidades. la casa es confortable, cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario desde vasos, tazas y sartenes, hasta lavadora, plancha y estacionamiento. en conclusión volveríamos a estar con toda mi familia en el lugar.

If you’re a first time traveller to Cancun with a child and/or with granny like we did, this place is the right choice! It has everything you need to feel at home. The location is great! There’s a giant supermarket and a shopping center alongside with well-known restaurants within a few steps away from the apartment. We enjoyed the stay. There’s host was very friendly. We didn’t need to contact him much, because everything was good and working well!

The house was nice. The air conditioner kept the house very cool during the blazing heat. The area had a few restaurants. The Mexican buffet was really good. The restaurant next door had great tacos and the waiter was really nice.The rooftop was very relaxing. Just a suggestion maybe a lounge chair would be nice to catch some sun. The WIFI was in and out but it worked when I needed it. The washing machine washed my clothes clean. There no elevator so be mindful of your luggage weight. Will definitely stay here again in the future Thanks 😁

Estuvo excelente la estancia, ya que está muy céntrico para hacer cualquier cosa, desde los restaurantes, zonas arqueológicas, playas, etc, y eso nos ayudó mucho para salir a conocer, también el dueño de la casa estuvo súper bien, ya que nos ayudó en todo, e hizo de la estancia muy ameno el lugar 100% recomendado

¡INCREIBLE! Pensé que era un precio elevado, pero al llegar al lugar todo valió la pena, todo excelente, las albercas, el lugar, todo estaba al alcance de la mano, si cocinas en tu viaje se puede encerrar un poco el humo pero al prender la campana se soluciona. super recomendado. si te quieres relajar es el lugar indicado.

Muy agradable el lugar , igual que en las fotos , Ale muy atenta a nuestras necesidades . Un lugar limpio y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar tu estancia .
