the host thought of everything. everything for the kitchen from water kettle to sugar for coffee. I wish I had stayed here from the beginning of my stay as it was so comfortable clean and every detail thought of. location is so close to so many things in the city center. the area felt safe and very quiet as well. perfect for a couple or two people. I don't believe it's suitable for kids due to the balcony which is the best part. the hammock. I loved this place and will be back!

El lugar está muy limpio y práctico para llegar, cercano a varias atracciones turísticas, Ofelia es una señora muy amable y siempre permaneció al pendiente de nuestra estancia, volvería a hospedarme con ella.

Loved the location and the place itself. Walking distance to so many nice restaurants. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Would come back again!

Me quedé unos días en este loft en Cancún y la verdad es que superó mis expectativas. El lugar es perfecto para una escapada rápida: limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Lo que más me gustó fue la terraza —tiene unas vistas increíbles y una hamaca donde me quedaba tirado al atardecer, escuchando música y dejando que pasara el tiempo. No es un lugar lujoso, pero tiene muy buena vibra. Ideal si vas de paso, quieres relajarte y no complicarte la vida. Lo recomendaría sin duda, sobre todo si buscas algo tranquilo y bien ubicado.

Highly recommend the loft There were two of us with a cat. One of us on the queen bed and the other on the sofa-bed. Contrary to other buildings and structures in Cancún that can have thin walls with noise penetrating from above or the sides the loft is part of a robust and very firm building. Which allows for great sleep and rest. There is also a courtyard at the back where we were able to take our cat out. There is wonderful lush vegetation at the front of the building. Our hosts were great and it was all smooth sailing, which is what one wants! Location is excellent too. Again, highly recommend the loft!

Great place if you need a place to relax and work from your laptop. There are plugins everywhere throughout the building and internet is one of the fastest I have experienced in Mexico so far. So if you want to work in peace, and also have some pool time upstairs, this is the place. Location is also great as there are many restaurants, parks, and malls around the area. The host, Roberto, is very friendly and responsive to your needs. I highly recommend this place and will come back next time when I need to get some work down.

La Amada tiene un encanto especial. El apartamento es aún mejor que en las fotos: bien decorado, cómodo, con una terraza ideal para relajarse y una barbacoa perfecta para los que disfrutamos cocinar al fuego. Los atardeceres desde la piscina del quinto piso son incomparables: vista directa a la marina y sus barcos, ¡espectacular! El beach club está muy cerca, es cómodo, con buen restaurante y precios razonables. La tienda del edificio es útil para lo básico (aunque cierra temprano). La playa estaba impecable, sin sargazo, y el muelle de la marina es un paseo hermoso. Alexa fue una gran anfitriona: nos envió instrucciones claras antes de llegar y resolvió enseguida las pequeñas situaciones que surgieron. Pasamos una estadía excelente con mi esposa y mi hijo. Todo fluyó con armonía. Muy recomendable!

My flight was cancelled last minute and they were able to accommodate me last minute for my 1 night stay. They even allowed me a late check out. I would recommend staying here

Nice apartment, in a private and calm area, when you are feeling secure 100%. Gabriela is an amazing host, she’s ready to help any time you need. I feel really comfortable same at my home. Kitchen is fully equipped, there are washer and dryer to get your clothes ready. Nice swimming pool. There’s secured spacious parking in case if you rent any vehicle. Easy access and easy to find. Hosts give clear instructions how to get in. Located in downtown, shopping malls, grocery shops, cafes and gym nearby. Thank you Gabriela for welcoming me at your stay.

Such a beautiful view and great location just outside of the Centro. I loved this stay so much and the pool area is amazing. The beach is also a beauty and feels very private and comfortable with lawn chairs and all. It being at walking distance from the Isla Mujeres Ferry (Ultramar) is definitely a PLUS!!!!!!

Our family of five stayed in The Loft for two nights. It's tucked away on a quiet road away from the busy centre, so very peaceful. Juan and Leandro were very helpful with any questions we had, and gave us good recommendations. We really appreciated the air conditioning, and the children especially loved the swing seats and hammock! We'd absolutely recommend The Loft to anyone looking to stay on the quieter side of Isla Mujeres. Thank you for letting us stay - we had a fantastic time!

Alba était très compréhensive et très amicale. Le logement était très propre. Il y a à côté une borne d'eau purifiée, ca coûte 5 pesos seulement. Juste à côté on trouve une bonne patisserie pour les petits-déjeuner. Le mercado 28 est à presque 10 mins.

Un gran lugar para hospedarte, solo fui por unos trámites y fue Justo lo que necesitaba, aunque no tiene AC el lugar siempre estuvo fresco, una zona muy segura de la ciudad y cerca de restaurantes

Very nice quiet apartment in an excellent location. Short walk to several eateries and grocery stores. Short walk to bus stop to Hotel Zone beaches. Beautiful park for walking directly behind the apartment. We recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Its in a great locality in La Luna. There are combis to ADO - R6 or R2-15 to the hotel zone (bus stop in Nichupte). Bon Pane is nearby too. The kitchen is adequate and there is a little private back yard. The one -ve is the very tiny bathroom sink and little legroom in the toilet. There could be some road noise. However the AC does muffle the sounds - so not much of an issue. I recommend.
