King bed (190 x 150 cm), internet access and a top of the range kitchen in case you want to have a night in. Perfect for a couple and not to be missed.

El apartamento está ubicado en la parte interna del edificio, por lo que es muy silencioso. Ventaja de estar en pleno centro sin el inconveniente del ruido. Aunque está en la parte interna del edificio, el apartamento es muy luminoso ya que las ventanas del salon y del dormitorio dan a la terraza y ésta a su vez al patio de luz del edificio.

Javier was extremely helpful during my stay at Seville. He helped me with navigating Seville for places to visit, and for necessities, like a printing shop and electronics store. The location is also perfect for getting around in Seville and to many bars, places for tapas, and other restaurants, such as Fatouch. He was also extremely helpful with any at home necessities and was always willing to help whenever needed. I’d definitely come back to book his home! P.S. He has a cute cat 😊

New place to stay

Amazing apartment in Seville center. San Vicente V

Très beau logement, belles prestations et très confortable. Je recommande cet hébergement. Il était très propre à notre arrivée et la personne qui fait l'accueil a été charmante. Le roof top et la petite piscine privative ont été très appréciables pendant notre séjour sous 40 degrés. Seule petite remarque, je l'ai trouvé un peu éloigné du centre ville. Une fois rentré chez soi le soir après une journée de balade on n'a pas envie de repartir diner au restaurant dans les quartiers touristiques malgré le bus qui passe à côté. Séville est une très belle ville on a envie d'en profiter à toute heure.

We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment — the location is perfect! It's incredibly walkable, and we explored all over Seville on foot with ease. The apartment itself is spacious and ideal for a couple, with the added bonus of excellent air conditioning throughout, which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. Although it was too hot to enjoy the terrace during our stay, it’s a lovely feature to have, and the sofa inside was very comfortable for relaxing in the air con after a day out. We had no issues with hot water (contrary to what we’d read in another review), and while we did experience a minor power issue, the host was extremely responsive and we sorted it quickly. It’s a meet-and-greet style check-in, but we were met promptly at our chosen time by a very friendly chap. Check-out was simple and flexible, as we could let ourselves out. The apartment is on the top floor, but thankfully there’s a lift, so access was easy. All in all, we had a lovely stay.

This was a very high quality residence with all the amenities we could have hoped for to make our stay relaxing and joyful. Super friendly service, elegant interiors and a wonderfully central location for anyone visiting Seville.
