A gem in the heart of Seville. Walking distance to great pubs and bars with complete privacy. Ana is a very responsive host and extremely attentive to the requirements. Our holiday was great largely to this wonderful place.

We spent 3 wonderful nights in this apartment. The space is very comfortable and cozy, perfect for resting. The tranquility of the place and the comfort of the mattress and pillows allowed us to sleep very well every night. The apartment has everything you need. The location is ideal and Lidia has been very attentive from the start. We would definitely repeat and recommend it to other travelers looking for a comfortable and quiet place to stay. We had a nice stay. Exceptionally good reception by Susanna and very helpful with good tips for the area, among other things. That also applies to Carlos, very attentive and helpful. We have not seen any lice. The stay met expectations and the tranquility, the view, the garden and the pool were really great. We felt very comfortable. The bathroom is fine and the bed is fine. The kitchen is on the small side, especially when you visit the supermarkets and see the huge selection. For a hobby cook, it is a challenge. Eating on the terrace is not possible, the table is too small for that. You can sit comfortably. Seville was easy to reach by car. It is a fantastic city that we liked very much. Busy, but the old center is easily walkable. The tranquility of the apartment's surroundings is relaxing. We have felt very safe. Location is a great base for other trips. Ronda, Cádiz and the Caves of Aracena were also great. Recommended

The house was impeccable, the pool is much larger than it looks in the listing photos. The garage was our salvation for parking, as it would be impossible to park the car on the street. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of shops and supermarkets. It is a short walk from some of the most important points of Seville. Communication with those in charge was always incredible and fast. The points of interest provided by Jose were good. I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for everything.

Excellent welcome, smiling, kind, attentive, with small gifts for the arrival; fresh water, chocolates and excellent quality potato chips and the best... lovely carnations to wear at the Feria de Sevilla. What about tips for the Feria. Thank you!!!

Very comfortable and delightful apartment near the center of Seville. Clean and tidy. Spacious, full of furnishings, appliances and small touches (super attack, scotch, pens, power adapter for those who are British or American, just to name a few) to make the guest feel at home. Both the loft bed and the sofa bed are comfortable. Accommodation inside a courtyard of a quiet building. New kitchen.

Super nice apartment in a great old residential building with beautiful , quiet courtyard on the outskirts of the old town of Seville! Apartment is super equipped and has everything you need for a few eventful days in Seville. You have a great view of the Alkazar Gardens. Paco and Rodrigo were very friendly and available at all times. Paco even personally welcomed us and guided us to the parking lot by motorbike. Thank you again for this!

An incredible stay, the house was impeccable and with all the amenities you need, the house is beautiful and the garden is fantastic. Isabel is very kind, attentive and thoughtful, it has been a pleasure to meet her. We will definitely repeat, everything has been perfect.

Stayed for a girls trip for two nights. Wonderful location, apartment was ideal for the 7 of us to have our own space and relax. Right in the centre with easy walks to restaurants, bars, and lovely coffee shop next door. The host was attentive, if we had a question they were always quick to respond. A great apartment!

A week of perfect disconnection surrounded by nature.

I had such an incredible stay in Seville all thanks to Borja! From start to finish Borja has been an incredible host, before the trip his response times were so quick. When we arrived and during our stay he was so helpful. The villa was incredible, really took our breath away. The location was close enough to the city centre for us to pop in and out. Borja also let us check in early and leave later as our flight times were early in the morning and late and night and this made the world of difference, I’ve never had such a fantastic host! I couldn’t recommend staying at this property more, Thank you so much Borja!!

This is a lovely place to stay. It’s fairly quiet, approximately 25 mins from Seville. There are few local shops, but plenty in Carmona 10-15 mins drive. The place is well set out, the pool area is lovely, and a larger pool than we’ve seen before. Teresa is ver helpful, very friendly and although we had a language barrier, we communicated well. Shes nearby and responds straight away. There can be a noise of dogs barking from around, but it’s not very often, and we didn’t notice after a while. The facilities are good, the rooms a good size. I would highly recommend a stay at Teresa’s, there’s a lot of space and a beautiful pool.

Very attentive. Cozy house with everything you need. It was very hot and with the pool and the air conditioning we were great.

Ana was a very friendly and warm host. We immediately felt comfortable. We could arrive early and already enter the pool and we were also allowed to check-out later. The kitchen was well equipped and she left breakfast and cooking supplies. She even hosted a wine tasting in the bodega inside the house for us. She responded quickly and showed us around the property with all the cute animals. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend coming here.

Good location and nice place in general

The host family was very welcoming, kind helpful. The apartment was perfect for our short time in Seville- the location was super close to grocery stores, restaurants and a short walk to the Plaza de Espana. We would definitely recommend staying here when you're visiting Seville.

Cosy flat with stunning terrace! The outdoor shower was greatly appreciated with the heat. Located in a wonderful local area.

DO NOT LOOK FURTHER!! This apartment has everything you could want or need for your stay in Sevilla! The location is the BEST! You’re within close walking distance of everything you’ll want to see or do. Bed is very comfy, shower is hot with great pressure, and those views are insane! Myriam was super helpful in every way. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for having us!

This accommodation was a surprise, everything was very nice. We felt at home at all times, the pool service was a highlight. Rocío is a sun, always kind and attentive to everything, very willing to help. The development is super quiet for resting, the location is ideal. The house had everything, we didn't lack anything. The roommate is a beautiful cat!!! and super cuddly, very calm. I definitely recommend it. Thank you very much!!!!! :)

I can't say so much about the surroundings because we came late and left early but we really enjoyed our stay in the appartment. It's not far to Sevilla's city center, which was important for us. Everything was clean and we had enough space for our family of four.
