Holiday rentals with a patio in Iscra E Voes

We stayed at the property for 12 days with our two children. We felt very comfortable there. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony to the sea every morning at breakfast. The garden was also great for the boys to play in.

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Heaven, I came to Christian's lodge solo, I needed to rest and that's exactly what i got. The place is so quiet, just the birds and the pigs to keep you company. I was there for the first 2 nights completely alone. Orosei is only a 5 minute drive away with lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The closest beaches are 10 minutes away. The entire coast is beautiful, right down the Orosei gulf. Christian is a wonderful host, so welcoming, one day I worked from the accommodation on the communal tables outside and he brought me an espresso, so kind and thoughtful. The room itself is well equipped, i made myself lunch each day and cooked one of the evenings. I really hope to be back one day. Thank you Christian for your hospitality and for the wonderful peaceful escape you have created

The house is well located, a few minutes' walk from the beach and close to the necessary services, for example a minimarket, a bar and restaurants, right next door. If you are on foot, as in my case, from Olbia you can get there by bus with a change in Siniscola, La Caletta and Posada, the nearest centers, are reachable by bus, 25 minutes walk to La Caletta. The veranda outside is nice, the apartment is equipped with everything that is indicated in the ad. I was alone, I stayed here for 9 days and I had a very good time. Luna was welcoming and helpful with directions. I'd love to come back and stay longer. Thank you for everything!

House located a few kilometers away from Budoni and reachable in about ten minutes by car. Flawless accommodation, everything as advertised. Carlo was always very kind and helpful in responding to requests. Highly recommended

We spent a week at Villa Pina as a family with two children and highly recommend this place. The apartment is very clean, in an extremely well maintained condition and well equipped. There is really nothing missing, even sand toys for the children are ready. The landlady is super friendly, very caring and gave us a great pleasure upon our arrival with little touches such as pastries, sweets for the children and cold drinks. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful refurbished traditional country house in a very peaceful location between the olive trees, the mountains and close to the beach. We were given a warm welcome by Maria Francesca and her husband and great recommendations.

We had a great time at Elias' accommodation in Baunei! The apartment is super spacious and has everything you need. We felt very comfortable right away. Everything was also available for our one-year-old son and there was a lot to discover. The terrace and garden were a dream! Elias was available with advice and action, gave great tips and always responded super fast. The location in Baunei was also great, everything was right on the doorstep and yet it was nice and quiet. We highly recommend the accommodation 😊 thank you for everything!

Beautiful villa (spotlessly clean with the perfect amount of indoor and outdoor space) and extremely kind hosts! The area was fantastic and you could easily explore some amazing beaches, as well as do a day trip to La Maddalena! We did sunrise paddleboarding which i would also highly recommend! Beautiful detached cottage in the middle of a spacious garden. Very quiet location, but Orosei and the beaches are a 5-minute drive away. The house has beautiful outdoor showers to refresh and a gorgeous seating area with outdoor kitchen. Highlighted are the kindness and support of hosts. We arrived at the car with a tire damage and Massimo took care of a workshop and everything else right away. Congratulations to our hosts for this. The hosts were always available and helped us with everything. Once the gas bottle for the stove was all, we informed Maria and for 10 minutes Massimo was already in front of the door with a new gas bottle. Great. The only downside: the hosts can't help it, but every neighboring property felt at least one dog. Unfortunately, these dogs sometimes bark all night, so you can only sleep with the windows closed.

The room had all the amenities mentioned in the ad. They let us out an hour later than requested! It was the space we needed!

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

We liked Marco's accommodation very much! Even in advance, we were warmly looked after by Christine, his manager – with a lot of commitment, great tips and fast communication. Among other things, we were allowed to check in earlier, received recommendations and received a detailed description of the way to the accommodation. The apartment was well equipped and we liked it – we were especially pleased with the wine and water provided as a welcome - a nice gesture! The location is great: beach, restaurants, supermarket and ice cream parlors are within walking distance - we could often leave the car. Near the harbor, you have to expect a few mosquitoes, but that hardly bothered us. A huge thank you to Christine, who always responded quickly, kindly and warmly - that's not a given! You can tell that the focus here is on people. 🙏🏻

We (two adults with a small child) really enjoyed the accommodation. The amenities and cleanliness were exemplary, and the location was beautiful and quiet. We would be happy to return. An all-round perfect accommodation for our family vacation in Sardinia. The apartment is quiet, but restaurants and a supermarket are within easy reach. The large garden with a turtle was particularly beautiful - our son was thrilled. The apartment is well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The covered outdoor area was perfect for dining and relaxing and significantly expanded the living space. Graziella, the landlady, was very helpful and had great recommendations for child-friendly beaches. A real plus: On the day of departure, we were allowed to stay until the evening - a great relief with a child. We would come back. A clear recommendation for all those who are looking for a quiet and family-friendly apartment.

The accommodation is clean, tidy and has everything you need for a few days. It is very charmingly furnished and offers a unique view! Communication was easy and straightforward via Airbnb. Upon our arrival, Gian Marco was already waiting for us and showed us everything. He couldn't speak English, but with Google Translate and a few hand signals, we were still able to communicate. However, when loading/unloading luggage, it should be noted that you cannot park directly in front of the accommodation, but you can park briefly (access road very steep and narrow) and the stairs up to the apartment are also quite narrow. Nevertheless, definitely recommended!

Wonderful stay with an even better host. The apartment is centrally located within a 1 minute walk to the port where you’ll take your boat to all the beaches, 1 minute walk to the supermarket, and 0-3 minute walk to the restaurants depending on where you chose to dine. The apartment is exactly as shown, safe, clean, and again the hosts are a gem. Enjoy.

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.

We lived in the apartment all week, the apartment corresponds exactly to what is shown in the pictures. The kitchen was super clean and has everything you need to take care of yourself if you want to. The apartment is very central and is only about 10 minutes' walk to Olbia city center. It offers great parking right outside the door. Also, you could wonderfully visit the surroundings of Olbia from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and has a private atmosphere. Gianluca was always friendly and answered our question quickly.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Cala Gonone port, the apartment is very convenient yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. The place is huge with a large terrace. Nothing to complain and would definitely come again if we visit Cala Gonone in the future.
