Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Mithilfe der von Monica übermittelten Koordinaten und Googlemaps haben wir das Haus leicht gefunden. Wir kamen in der Nacht an und die Fahrt mit dem Auto zur Wohnanlage, in der sich das Haus befindet, war etwas abenteuerlich, da es die Tage vorher und auch bei unserer Ankunft regnete und die Umgebung sehr dunkel war. Hat aber alles geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Monica war einwandfrei und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind mit Auto innerhalb von ca. 15 minuten gut zu erreichen. Uns hat es gut gefallen, trotz etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Aber nach 3 Tagen regnen wurde das Wetter schöner und wor konnten Kalabrien erkunden. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Si vienes a Tropea y quieres vivir una experiencia mediterránea única tienes que venir a esta Villa Italiana de características de lujo moderno y cómodo! Es como estar dentro de una revista El Mueble o Para Ti! También semeja estar en un barco ya que te ves rodeado de mar por todos lados. Los detalles de la casa son de altísima calidad. Todas las comodidades que te puedas imaginar. Debora y María un encanto. Zambrone el pueblito ideal para conocer la zona. Fue lo mejor de nuestro viaje al sur de Italia.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben alle Vorinformationen haben gepasst. Die Lage bzw. die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr gut. Man geht nur 3 Minuten. Da wir in der Spätsaison vor Ort waren, waren dort auch sehr wenige Leute bzw. nur Einheimische anwesend. Schade ist nur, dass sehr wenige Englisch sprechen. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man super per Auto die Supermärkte und Restaurant besuchen. In Marina Davoli ist eine super Gelateria Con Gusto und in Braci & Galici kann man gut essen. Größere Auswahl an Geschäften und Restaurant ist dann in Soverato. Die Unterkunft ist für Familie gut geeignet, da auch ein Kinderbett vorhanden ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und blieben einen Monat lang in Francescos Airbnb. Es eignet sich sehr gut für längere Aufenthalte. Die Wohnung ist angenehm hell, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir wollten weg von dem grauen Winter in Deutschland und hatten in San Sostene Marina im März wunderschönes Frühlingswetter. Die Landschaft und Pflanzenwelt ist beeindruckend! Und in nur fünf Minuten ist man mit dem Auto bei einem großen, kostenlosen Parkplatz am Strand. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

It was a real pleasure to stay in this beautiful house! The accommodation is as shown in the photos and the services mentioned are all available and included in the price. The views are stunning and you can get to the small beach via a fairly comfortable path, just a bit steep uphill. I will definitely be back, thank you for everything!

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane in questa bella struttura da poco ristrutturata ed abbiamo trovato quello che noi cerchiamo. La pace più assoluta. La camminata tra gli ulivi piuttosto che il fresco che anche in questo agosto rovente offriva il pergolato coperto dalla vite. La spiaggia raggiungibile in due minuti con l'auto completamente deserta ed un mare pulito. Volendo un po' più di vita basta spostarsi di qualche chilometro dove si può trovare qualche ottimo ristorante.Alloggio secondo il nostro punto di vista da vivere. Sarebbe assolutamente sprecato usarlo solo per andarci a dormire ma poi in fondo ognuno fa quel che gli pare. Siamo stati accolti dai genitori dell'host , due persone squisite, in particolare la signora Tina, prodiga di consigli su sagre eventi e quant'altro. Siamo stati veramente bene, anche il nostro cane ha gradito. Faremo il possibile per tornare
