Loved our stay here! Great hosts, great location, really nice place that felt like home.

We've stayed at Frankie's multiple times and there's a reason we keep coming back - he's super responsive, the place is always clean, and he has always been super accommodating. We'll probably stay here every time we visit Rochester if it's available!

Safe area, easy check in. Everything was extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean. Kitchen was well equipped and teenagers found the provided snacks awesome. A very nice haven after our busy days for a nearby swim meet. Highly recommended! Thank you for accommodating our family.

The home was exactly what you’d want for a spot on the water to enjoy the views. Christina was quick to respond to a question I had regarding paddle board rentals. Would love to visit their home again!!

Jessica is the sweetest! Such an incredible host that made my family’s stay for graduation weekend incredible. We loved coming back and taking walks around the quiet neighborhood, and enjoyed the lovely space. Would highly recommend this place!

Jillian’s place was clean and comfy for our visit. The cottage is small and nothing fancy but had everything we needed and was in a great location. The bed in the main room was very comfortable and my kids loved having the bunks to sleep in. The water pressure in the shower was also great!

Roman was very accommodating. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was in a quiet neighborhood and very peaceful. The home was very clean and very nicely decorated. Will book it again.

Communication was fast and thoughtful, with clear instructions that made everything so easy. The property itself is beautiful — spotless, well-appointed, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. What really stood out was Suzanne’s hospitality. She greeted us when we arrived and on our departure. She even gave our 3 month old a gift! It’s rare to find a host who genuinely cares this much about her guests’ experience. Beautiful home. everything was well kept. It was a great stop for my family of 6. We did laundry there and found everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect to walk and grab some food down the street. We really like the design of the home and the overall layout was perfect. A very nice overall feel and vibe to the place. The host were helpful but not ever intrusive.

We stayed at Michael and Laura’s place for a few nights during the Nitrate Picture Show. The apartment was so charming and even exceeded my expectations from the photos! Everything was immaculate and there were tons of clean towels and linens. It had such a cozy feeling and we immediately felt at home. The entire house and grounds were so beautiful and we wished we could’ve spent more time hanging out there between films at the festival! Definitely a place we’d stay in again next time we’re in Rochester.

Julie’s place is always immaculate, and she is super responsive and communicative. I have stayed here several times and consider it my home away from home whenever I’m in Rochester. The neighborhood is charming, and the restaurants within walking distance are wonderful, too! Can’t wait to come back next month!

Perfect location for Brockport. Walking distance to Main Street, the college and the canal. 2 minutes drive to anything else in Brockport. Very quaint property, great value, 10/10 stay.

Alex’s space and the neighborhood were beautiful! The unit was so cozy and had everything you could need. Alex was so responsive and proactive when we inquired about A/C units after our first night was a bit warm. The rest of our stay was the most comfortable. The proximity to restaurants, museums, and theatres was exactly what I was looking for. I felt so safe on the beautiful, quiet street. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Rochester!

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

The apartment is quite roomy for 4 people. There are two good size bedrooms with comfortable beds and great views of the bridge, a spacious kitchen and bathroom. It is nicely decorated and has all the necessities.

The condo was in a nice, quite development. There were plenty of stores and gas stations close by and easy access to the freeway.

We enjoyed our stay with clean accommodations and well stocked. The only thing I would consider adding is a washer and dryer for convenience.

Liz was a phenomenal host! She provided thorough instructions on navigating the area and locating the property as well as the garage and was very responsible prior to the start of the booking. Her home was just as pictured and it was a perfect home away from home.

Wonderful stay. It faces the inlet and you can see across to the plazas instead of the full lake, but it's still very pretty. A great unit, great area, great instructions and responsiveness.

Definitely will be staying here again. Very peaceful environment. Absolutely wonderful view from the windows to the trees. Quiet, clean, and stress free. After working in the ER, sleeping was such a dream. I didn't get to meet the host due to our schedules but he was very responsive and accommodating and most of all, super chill. you can get a sense of personality from the decor. Pro: DEDICATED BATHROOM (hot water is HOT- it's great!) Quiet Lots of windows! Drinks galore (if your into that.) Street parking is safe and plentiful. if it gets cold, there's blankets in the closet Locks on bathroom and your room There's only you and the host that share the place it's not high traffic at all. Wi-Fi is great. (I could connect to my PS5 with my portal with a crystal clear stream.) Bed is low profile and comfortable. Plenty of places to put your things should you need to. Con: the street parking sign has a typo I think.. Thanks for letting me stay. I hope to book again soon.
