La casa esta bien pero el WiFi esta super lento, prácticamente no hay Internet, la estufa sale muy mal, cuesta mucho trabajo cocinar algo. Pero esta bien por lo demas

El lugar y la zona son agradables, hay muchos comercios cerca y zona para caminar, por otra parte, la zona esa segura.

The location was absolutely perfect, being so close to the stadium made attending events incredibly convenient. Additionally, having a variety of restaurants nearby made dining options plentiful and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

Nuestra estancia en el departamento fue muy agradable y amena. Nuestros anfitriones siempre estuvieron atentos a nuestras necesidades. El departamento estuvo muy higiénico, limpio, las sabanas y colchas olorosas a suavitel, la cocina súper equipada. Volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí definitivamente.

Monica was the best host we've ever had!!! The house was exactly as described in the Air BnB directory. She was SUPER responsive to each and every communication we sent. This place was EXACTLY what I was expecting because of her very specific description and pictures. She made it so easy to get inside plus we felt very safe. The view was beautiful and the breeze at night was amazing. We would DEFINITELY stay here again and would highly recommend this house and host to others. Our stay was very calm and relaxing.

This is a lovely apartment that the owners clearly take great pride in. The furnishings are comfortable and high quality including the bedding and linens. The wifi is strong with a router both downstairs by the tv and upstairs in the 3rd bedroom/terrace area. The fridge is full sized and there is a hot plate for cooking and pots and dishes for your use. The owners Monica and Samuel are delightful and very informative even though our Spanish isn't great. The views are spectacular from this hillside apartment. Like many places in Guanajuato you should expect a lot of climbing either stairs or ramps/inclines on the sidewalks. It's about a 10 minute walk to the funicular that takes you down to the historic center. The apartment is in a residential area without a lot of stores or restaurants close. We were surprised by how loud the wind was at night. I highly recommend this apartment.

La casa está súper en todos los aspectos, tiene a su disposición electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina, el patio muy cómodo área de descanso, las habitaciones muy cómodas, las camas también. Todos los aparatos servían muy bien, la tele hasta tenía Netflix Nos dejaron toallas, y unas galletas en nuestra llegada. Nos encantó, súper recomendado!

The instructions were perfect to access the unit, photos were a big help too. It was exactly as the photos showed and a great space. Everything was there, additional blankets, a fan and even heaters! Leonel was extremely responsive for any questions and he provided water for our entire 1 month stay. He also provided cleaning once a week which I have never had in an Airbnb, it was fantastic. Overall it was a great stay, restaurants and shopping are only a 5-7 minute walk, the center square and beautiful park are all do close. Guanajuato was a fun experience and Leonel was a wonderful host, I would highly recommend.
