Loft holiday rentals in Ionian Islands

I stayed in this apartment in Kalamata for a few days and everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described (a peaceful and well-located retreat). Although I never met Katerina in person, her presence was truly felt. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. Every message was answered promptly and with genuine care, and she made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free, smooth, and pleasant stay. I’d definitely choose it again!

We had a wonderful week at Olga's and were very warmly welcomed by Mama Maria with a detailed description of the area. Had an early flight and were allowed to check in earlier thanks to the good communication with Olga. We were very happy about the already existing food, fruit, cheese, sausage, bread, eggs, Greek yogurt, water, milk and juices. So we could immediately enjoy a late breakfast without having to go shopping. Thank you so much for that!!! The whole place is very well maintained and clean with a beautiful terrace overlooking Argostoli. Lixouri is easily accessible on foot with many restaurants. The ferry to Argostoli is highly recommended, where you can cross with little money with or without a car. Absolute recommendation with 5 stars!!!!

The accomodation was really good, it's close to the beach, there are plenty of restaurants. We had access to free parking. The room didn't get too hot during the day, and it was spacious. Overall, lovely stay!

very nice place with what you need. Chris is very responsive and helps you with what you need the terrace is wonderfull and there's lot of shadow during the day. also beautifil sunset from terrace very clean appartment comfortable beds, rooms big enough the kitchine has what you need for cooking something fast there is a bbq which we used it several times - very useful there's a pool with free acces the beach is 2' away you have all you need nearby - supermarket, lots of taverns, rent a car

great location and views super clean

We had a fabulous stay and made the most of our time from a location that gave great access to key locations on the island. Dionysis, our host, was brilliant, helpful, honest, and very easy to communicate with. He really did go the extra mile. The location has stunning views and you can walk to Zakynthos town (we did this a number of times to enjoy the cocktail bars) but, a car is recommended for ease of access to places of interest. Dionysis was a great help with this too, even driving me to the pick up. The pool is amazing and gives great views to bay and passing ships. The accommodation worked well for us, the 3 bedrooms and additional living space made it easy and the kitchen had everything needed. We took advantage of the communal BBQ area too one night. If you enjoy music and a dance, there are 2 night clubs within a few minutes walk.

Charming stay in the heart of Gaios – unforgettable experience! We stayed at Anezina, a lovely accommodation with a stunning view of the boats in the port, right in the vibrant center of Gaios. The location was perfect—lively and picturesque, with the amazing Mambo restaurant just downstairs, where we had the best portokalopita ever. Our host was truly exceptional—she gave us the best recommendations for places to eat, beaches to visit, and even helped us rent a boat and book a taxi. Her kindness and attention made all the difference. Paxos will forever stay in our hearts—it’s a charming island full of character, beauty, and warm people. Highly recommended if you want to experience the authentic magic of Paxos!

This accomodation was so lovely! Perfect location, some amazing bars and restaurants within walking distance. Very clean also. Georgia was very responsive, friendly and provided some great recommendations! Great beaches were short drives away, this place was perfect and I’d 100% recommend for anyone looking to stay in Agia Efimia 🩵

We had a great stay at this apartment. It’s located on the 3rd floor, offering a lovely view of the sea and historic fortification. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the ability to enjoy a coffee while looking out at the view from a charming, roof-style balcony.

We have been Airbnb clients for twelve years. This is the best apartment we have rented in terms of perfect location, spectacular views from the three living room windows, attractive quality of accommodations, cleanliness upon arrival, maid service every three days with changes of towels and linens, dependable and plentiful hot water, and sufficient air conditioning. Two full bathrooms were really appreciated. Additionally, our host has impeccable taste in terms of color scheme, furnishings, and decorations. We stayed for ten days, and we hope to come back since we love Paxos and so enjoyed our on-line relationship with Alkistis. She helped us with taxi service and car rental and offered plenty of advice about restaurants. Before writing this review, we went back over past reviews, especially those with criticisms and lower ratings. Please know that every past complaint no longer applies; they are out-of-date. The apartment is a bit quieter but by car you can reach restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes. Everything was very clean and high quality. If we had any questions, we were helped immediately. Myreen has also taken care of booking a rental car and quad and was able to negotiate a better price. The stay was fantastic. We can only recommend it. Many thanks.

Fantastic air-conditioned Apartment which is very modern & clean, over looking the Paleros Marina & Great views. Lovey Beach literally minute’s away along with some Great restaurants with beach side dining & a lovely local Bakery. Local restaurants like Sirtaki are great & the New Mill Tavern is a must being a fantastic dining experience. Overall Brilliant, we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location overlooking the water, watched dolphins swim in the morning. So much to do in the town. 100% recommended

We had a great stay for 2 nights. beautiful apartment with really everything you need and described. supermarket 2min by car, bakery 1min. Close to the square with restaurants. you can walk to the castle if you want to. we also took the chance to follow the suggestions for restaurants and trips to elafonisos. Both hosts react quick and are really helpful. We will come back next time in monemvasia.

We had a wonderful stay here and the host is very helpful. Everything you might need is there. The location is also very nice you can see the airport runway from the balcony which is great and a beach is only a 10 minute walk away. The only thing is that shops are quite far away so you’ll have to rent some form of transport.

Clean apartment in the city center super convenient to visit the nearby beaches, and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of the city To be recommended without hesitation!

The space was clean and tidy. Our communication with Mr. Konstantinos was direct. We liked the area quite a bit! I'm sure when we meet again Larissa we will prefer it.
