Great place in great scenery and comfortable parking access. Sparkling clean rooms and very helpful and Areti and Mrs. Georgia! I highly recommend it!

Charming greek style old house with great terrasse and view of Kioni. The kitchen set-up is very basic but access to great restaurants 15-20 min walk down in the town. Great communication with host and local recommendations. As described in the ad, the second bed is the sofa in the same space which is a bed mattress but we made it work :)

Sofia is a very warm and welcoming person. We were touched by the hand-written list of personal recommendations she had for the local area. The place itself was lovely too. We liked the two balconies, the comfortable bed, and beings steps from the sea. The house, exterior and exterior, were of high quality craftsmanship. I would gladly recommend her place to others coming to Poulithra!

The place is small but nice as described in the pictures. My highlight is the balcony and the great view with sea sounds :) Every 2 days someone comes to clean, which is also very pleasant, as sand is always carried in from the beach. The location is good, quiet neighborhood but some great restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

We really liked staying at Joanna’s, it’s clean, the swimming pool is great and the area is peaceful. The air conditioning worked and the towels were changed after a few days. The communication was excellent. But we had no 10% discount at the store and there was no olive oil in the house - it’s the small things, but the apartment’s description includes olive oil and the discount, so i’m writing about it. Also the dishwasher didn’t work (it starts, but then doesn’t wash and the dishes are still dirty) so we had to wash the dishes ourselves (there were 7 of us). And the toilet’s door doesn’t close. Anyway, it was a nice stay, we really liked the place - just a few little things could match the description better.

It was our first trip abroad with our 5 month old baby. Marilena is great, responsive and helpful host- she set up baby cot for the baby, we washed laundry free of charge when we needed it, and in general had great stay. Fresh sheets and towels were offered whenever needed as well as cleaning of the room. Accomodation was literaly 1 minute from the seaside which was great convenience. Small market where you have mostly everything you nees is also close like 3-5mins walk. We stayed for a week and it was nice for us :)

Amazing place to stay, the room was really cozy and warm and the balcony was amazing with great view of the sea.

Tasteful decor, well-maintained, clean and well-equipped. Very spacious. Dog and cat were as warmly welcomed as we were. 24 hours someone at the reception if you need anything. An unqualified recommendation from us!

Lovely stay! Would highly recommend if you need a place near Rio. Really nice big balcony and garden out back too.

Very good place with very nice view, clean, tidy, free basic amenities and 24-hour access/security and parking spot right outside. Also very close to the hospital where it was and the place that mainly interested me. I'll go for it again if I find myself for the same reason or other reason.

Words superfluous to Mr. Nektarios, his actions and kindness spoke for themselves. Extremely welcoming people hosts to the point where someone would say it can't be true. Just professionals the employees/family in the property. Surely the best value for money in the bookings we have made with my friends on our trips as a group, if again visit to Patras will definitely be in Mr. Nektarios at Alexias Apartments. With their character they made us want to go see them again!

We had a great stay! Acheron experience is unique!

We had a wonderful stay at Muses Seaside Villa! We loved that it was family owned, and how hospitable and welcoming everyone was. We were traveling with our toddler, and they prepared a very comfortable travel crib and high chair for our stay. The grounds are just stunning! Having the pool right there with the gorgeous views, the beautiful balcony and only being steps down to the beach were the highlights of our stay. We loved traveling into Paralio Astros only 10 minutes away for restaurants close by. We would definitely stay again!
