Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ionian Islands

Beautiful place with great views over olive groves to the bay. Very cozy, clean apartment and very nice hosts. The area offers great excursion options. Highly recommend!!

This is a great place, we recommend it strongly! Right by the beach, you can walk everywhere, and there’s a playground very close if you have kids. The view from the balcony is great too. The owner was also very kind to us: we made a mistake when looking at the baby equipment and she went out of her way to help us find what we needed anyway. So… if you’re hesitating, just book it!

We stayed at Evagelos for 3 nights. It was really great! We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but we liked it here so much that we stayed another night. The tiny villa is very tastefully decorated. Everything is present, and cooking is also possible. The grounds where the villa is located are really beautiful, you feel right at home, The swimming pool is also beautiful, with sunbeds next to it and even in the water. Beautiful materials have been used for both the swimming pool and the villa. It is also spotless everywhere. Evagelos is a very nice host who will definitely make you feel at home, while there is a lot of privacy. Nafplio is not very far away and is a very atmospheric city. I wouldn't know what could be better in this place, it is without exaggeration really a top place to stay!

Another great stay. We stayed at the second villa last year and loved it so much we came back for the first. The weather wasn't as good but that isn't in the hosts control. So good and we'll be coming back next year!

Very welcoming people and available to help us with anything we needed. The house was very warm and suitable for resting close to nature. The village was very calm with very few residents but in a good spot for transportation by car to the surrounding villages, the mountains and the lake. We'll visit it again!

This is a charming house in a quiet neighborhood just steps away from a multitude of restaurants and shops. It was a 15 minute easy walk to the Delphi Archeological Site (Oracle) which we totally enjoyed. The house has two full apartments, one on the ground floor and on below which faces the garden. There is also a loft upstairs with single beds and a porch on the ground floor overlooking a lovely view overlooking the garden below and the gulf in the distance. It was perfect for 2 older couples traveling together but would be equally comfortable for families. Although George lives in Athens he was quick to communicate by messages via Airbnb. We highly recommend this place.

The house exceeded our expectations! A house that has everything you need to spend a carefree holiday. It is in a nice location with a lot of quiet and a great view. The hosts are kind people, willing to help you with anything you need. The must of the accommodation is the sports activities for young and old. I highly recommend it !

Great place. Easy to find, basically in the corner just before the road leading up to the monasteries. Free parking close by. The room itself was squeaky clean and of good standard. Friendly and helpful host. Restaurants in walking distance. Quiet inner yard. Definitely recommended.

We spent 1 week in 'Eleni's House.' The apartment is on the first floor with its own entrance. The landlords (= Alexia's parents) live upstairs. The apartment is well equipped - e.g. a fully equipped kitchen where you can also cook 'properly.' If something is missing, you just have to let them know. There is a large terrace for sitting outside. The house is located on a small hill, 5 minutes' walk from Xi beach with numerous beautiful beach bars and restaurants (e.g. Antonello's Grill) and yet seems rural through the large garden with olive trees, grapes and cackling chickens. What makes it special, however, are Jorgos and Eleni, who take care of their guests with a lot of genuine warmth - always a nice conversation or small touches (grapes from the garden, homemade cake, etc.) and even an invitation to the family barbecue. It was our first stay in Kefalonia - Eleni and Jorgos made it special. Thank you!!

The reality exceeded the photos we saw. A real gem of Mrs. Anneli's house. Spotless, bright, functional, spacious, quiet had everything we needed. Mrs. Anneli was friendly, helpful, thoughtful, she generously offered us her hospitality in her lovely home and we had a great weekend. Thank you Ms. Anneli, we will visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at the property with our 2-year-old child. The house was extremely comfortable, clean, and well-organised—everything was thoughtfully arranged. It felt like a home away from home. Petros was a great host and communicated clearly and promptly throughout our stay. One pleasant surprise was that the property is much more spacious than it appears in the photos, which made our stay even better. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained place to stay!

We found the place clean and with the equipped kitchen, convenient location to the surrounding beaches. Giannis has always been kind and helpful. When we arrived, we found olives and oil.

We highly recommend this place. Everything is very clean and comfortable. It felt like home. The hosts are very nice and helpful. It is not far from the beach, but there is no noise from the bars above the beach, which was a big plus for us. If we come back to Ksamil, then only to this place.

The house is located in a very good area where it is quiet and peaceful. The house was beautiful and spotless, we have no words! Inside the house has everything you need!! Mr. Thomas gave us information about the house, polite and he was there no matter what we needed!! We look forward to coming back!!
