Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Iona

If you're looking for a fun, clean, beautiful house and neighborhood in Florida, look no further! Allison was a lovely host, always responsive and helpful. From the pool floats to the beach chairs to the coastal cowgirl art on the walls, I loved all the amenities and decor. The pool in the back is just awesome; hot tub too. The lenai keeps most of the bugs from bugging you, and makes it really nice to swim or just to sit outside--even in a rainstorm. The canal was fun to fish in, though we didn't catch much. But we loved how fishing poles and tackles was provided. Neighborhood is clean and safe. With a Luciano's Pizza for giant pies and Publix for groceries, we ate well. We would definitely come back and stay here again! What a week!

Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

Villa Sunshine met our expectations! It was comfortable, extremely clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had a very relaxing stay.

Christina’s house was MORE than we expected. It was gorgeous and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms had you would need. A true ‘home away from home’. The beds were super comfortable (which is a huge deal) and we practically lived in the pool, hot tub and outdoor living area. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing get away! Thank you , Christina, for sharing your beautiful place!

Well kept, very clean home in a quiet neighborhood with accurate pictures. It has a lovely kitchen, a clean laundry room, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a really nice outdoor patio/lanai area with fun, multi-colored lighting around the pool for nighttime swimming. Check in and out was a breeze. The host promptly answered a question we had about the pool during our stay. The rental is located in a good location with a Publix and Walgreens only five minutes away. We also enjoyed the marina down the road which is open to the public (they have a coffee shop there we loved and enjoyed outdoor seating over drinks and brunch). The pool area, use of the kayaks, and beautiful sunsets were the highlights of our stay.

My family and I loved it here! Immaculate home with literally everything we could possibly need. They really went above and beyond to make us feel right at home! The neighborhood/street is beautifully maintained and extremely quiet.

What a great place to stay!!! We had an amazing weekend!!! Richard was very kind and communicative from start to finish. The house has a very good vibe. It is in very neat condition and spotless (tidy, clean, and very well organized). The patio/lanai is the best place for a morning coffee. We also loved the kitchen window overlooking the pool, practical for keeping an eye on kids and the sunlight is amazing. We also felt very safe and comfortable. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Excellent amenities, comfy beds, quite and peaceful. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. We will definitely come back very soon since we love the city of Cape Coral, and this is the best place to stay. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!!!

Place was very clean, which is very important to us when we are traveling. Also, it is hard to tell the locations of certain properties. This one was very secluded and safe. Communication was good, but not great as the check-in host did not let us know that they were going to be late. Overall, the amenities, the pool, and the house was amazing and would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to this area or just wanting to get away. Something to note is this was the least stocked Airbnb that we’ve ever been to. They had all of the obvious amenities as far as the kitchen goes, but did not provide much when it came to certain supply, such as coffee, cleaning supplies, spices, or other things that may be in some Airbnb’s specifically coffee and tea.

We visited for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. The house was just what we expected in the communication was extremely quick! Great location and very spacious for a group vacation! The hosts also went above and beyond when planning for our trip, they ended up ordering a crockpot and volleyball to be there upon our delivery! Highly recommend!

The house we reserved was better than expected and everything was immaculate. Neil, the property manager responded right away when we called about a broken vaccum cleaner. Excellent response time and very professional. Unfortunately a thunderstorm damaged the AC and it couldn't be fixed right away, but Sean moved us right away to an even larger house. He even reimbursed us a day for our having to move and the night without AC. We definitely would rent from Sean again.

Beautiful house and was very clean, great instructions. The outside area was fun and begged you to be there with its fun pool and seating areas. Christina was very prompt with any questions we had. Absolutely no concerns about staying here again. Thanks for the use of your house!

The house is beautiful and looks just as the photos show. Easy access to nearby stores and restaurants as well. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great stay with our family. Our grandchildren had a great time with all the toys for the pool and beach. We were 3 couples with 2 little kids and had plenty of space. It was a short drive to restaurants. We did day trips to Sanibel and Naples and even had time to visit the outlets. All were less than an hour away. Our hosts responded to questions in a timely manner. They made sure to have plenty of items available to use for our beach days. The wagon and tent were a plus since it was pretty hot.

Wir durften zwei Wochen in der Villa Egretta verbringen und sind absolut begeistert. Wir verbringen schon seit vielen Jahren unsere Familienurlaube in Florida und haben schon etliche schöne Ferienvillen in Cape Coral, Naples, Bradenton erleben können. Pete‘s Villa hat uns so überzeugt, dass wir sie in unserem Ranking auf Platz 1 setzen. 😊 Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass Pete ein toller Gastgeber ist, bei dem man sich einfach nur super aufgehoben fühlt. Ansonsten guckt euch doch die Bilder vom Haus an…es ist genau so und noch viel schöner, wenn man dann vor Ort ist.

What a lovely quiet neighborhood. Just what I was looking for. The house was well appointed with furniture and kitchen accoutrements. The towels and linens were lovely. The decor very much a modern beach theme. The propane tank for the grill was empty however I found a full one in the garage. Bravo! There were beach chairs in the garage and a cooler also. It would have been nice to know that. Could I have parked in the garage? A few take aways. The lock on the door doesn’t work for you until after the 4pm check-in time unless you pay extra. If you leave earlier than the checkout time however there is no refund. The hot tub was not heated however in 90 degree heat it may be protocol to not heat it. It would have been nice to have a heads up when services were to be performed on the property such as grass cutting, pest control, and pool cleaning. The facts that all these things were taken care of was a fabulous benefit! I loved staying in this home! I would rent it again!

The place was amazing, clean, and great location! The house had so much to offer for my family and we didn’t want to leave. We had one small issue and it was immediately addressed by Neil. If you are looking to go to this area, this is the only place to stay!
