This is our second time staying at Denise and Henriks airbnb. The home is so welcoming and comfortable and has everything you need for the best stay. The kids had so much fun playing in the backyard and with all the toys and games provided inside. The home was so clean and easy to make yourself at home. The artwork is beautiful too. A short walk to the beach and in a quiet neighbourhood. Denise and Henrik were very easy to communicate with and ensured we had everything for our stay. We'll be back again next year!

The Shack is a peaceful time capsule complete with a resident wombat! Cute retro outfitting, great record collection, comfy lounge and fun games room. Fully stocked kitchen with a slow but functional oven. Lovely walks nearby and a five minute drive from the main Venus bay shops. Dan and Kat are super responsive and friendly. We had a brilliant stay at Diana’s house for a very special milestone birthday weekend. Diana was responsive and comprehensive in the detail she shared and tips for making the most of our stay. The house was beautifully cosy, but plenty of room for a couple of families comfortably. The views and outdoor area were especially spectacular, so peaceful and ideal for our young kids to run around (and the grown ups to play some lawn games!). We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

Awesome place for my family to stay. Booked for my wife’s 60th birthday, to have the two of us, our 3 kids, their partners, 4 grandkids and one dog in one amazing property was absolutely wonderful. The property was immaculate and the description was absolutely accurate. Local shops a short 10 minute drive away to Rye. Would gladly book again. Steve & Amelia…

Fantastic house! We will definitely be back to stay again. So much to do provided by the host. The kids loved all the games and activities provided 😀 such a warm property we all felt very at home. Would 100% recommend this house. Resort facilities were a bonus indoor heated pool, gym & tennis courts all an easy walk from the house. Host was amazing to deal with and very friendly! Can’t wait to return 😀

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Ems. Fab home, and we had a card waiting for us with lots of other lovely treats! Brekky, bread, wine. The best bit is the outdoor bath and the view from the little terrace. Em was lovely and very responsive. Thanks for making our anniversary special!

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

We had such a wonderful stay at the surf side serenity house! The house was just stunning inside and even more spacious than it looked in the pictures. The fact that there were three living spaces was great considering we were staying with family, as well as the two bathrooms and separate toilet for the second bathroom was helpful. We had a little trouble opening the key safe when we first arrived but the host was there within 5 minutes to help us out and we could not fault anything with the house or the process.

Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing time. We were a group or 2 couples and 2 dogs and it was perfect. We enjoyed spending time relaxing on the two deck areas and plenty of space for the dogs to play and explore. You feel like you are in nature. The house was clean and well equipped. Kitchen is great and modern. Lots of linens provided which is not always the case so was appreciated. The beach is walkable which is also great when you have wet and sandy dogs.

You will enjoy a holiday at Blantyre. the location is really close to everything but still beautifully secluded and peaceful. It is walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the beach. The history of the cottage is really interesting too. Furry friends are well catered for and have a big back yard. Although, if you have a large dog or just one that just likes to jump fences then probably best to take them with you as the front fence/gates are not high. having said this, our Kelpies were fine. I recommend this property :)

Eight young at heart but aging golfers enjoyed a self catering two nights. There was more than enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for us to cook 3 course dinners each evening. The beds are comfortable; the house is private, we could hear the sea and the accommodation is large. There is a front lounge, very large dining area (seats 8 eight comfortably), good size kitchen and second lounge area, under cover back area with seating for 8, and a full size grilling or roasting BBQ. Ideal accommodation for 2 families or grandparents, parents and children. Highly recommended...we have been returning annually for some years.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Joel and Abbey’s cottage, which was quiet, private, and had beautiful views of South Gippsland! The place was very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay, wish we could have stayed longer! Joel and Abbey were both very helpful and ensured our stay ran smoothly, ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed! Would highly recommend :)

We loved our stay at Emma’s property. It was great as the location was great and you could walk to the stores and the beach. The property was nice and clean with lot of information about things to do locally. Emma was great at communications.

Such beautiful attention to details and a very warm welcome with kind touches, like quality breakfast items. We felt right at home and loved the location - peaceful and restorative. Highly recommend.
