We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

Jennifer's home was a dream for our group with the kids and adults loving the heated pool and sitting around chatting in the living areas. We loved every moment of our long weekend away. The kitchen was well equipped and the supply of clean linen, towels and pool towels was immaculate.

Fantastic house! We will definitely be back to stay again. So much to do provided by the host. The kids loved all the games and activities provided 😀 such a warm property we all felt very at home. Would 100% recommend this house. Resort facilities were a bonus indoor heated pool, gym & tennis courts all an easy walk from the house. Host was amazing to deal with and very friendly! Can’t wait to return 😀

The house is lovely and very big. Suited us as we all wanted seperate rooms and our own bathrooms so the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was great. We did not use the pool or spa so I can’t comment on that. Lively Properties’s were easy to deal with and gave excellent instructions for the property. Would be happy to to use Lively again if we head back for another stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bantry Bay. Beautifully decorated, so many special touches, everything worked, the dog felt at home straight away as did we. Trudi was super responsive and helpful from beginning to end - top notch hosts!!! Cannot wait to get back. Thank you so much Trudi and Ben you have the most stunning little piece of paradise in Rye and we thank you so much for letting us enjoy our stay this past weekend.

What a wonderful place! Our family was very comfortable. The place was spotless. Although we didn’t meet Samantha, she communicated with us very well and was very prompt replying to our messages. We would be very happy to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay in Kilcunda! The house was as described, beds were super comfy and the spa was huge!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was the perfect base for our weekend in Inverloch. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short stroll to the boardwalk and the beach. The house itself was beautiful – spotless, warm, and so inviting. It honestly felt like a home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfy – we all slept so well – and the extra touches like the welcome basket of goodies, breakfast cereal and the condiments in the kitchen really made us feel special. Early check-in and late checkout were such a bonus and gave us time to fully relax and soak it all in. Carolyn was amazing – so helpful and kind, with fantastic communication the whole way through. It’s clear she really cares about her guests. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful house in a great location. Close to beach and very nice neighbourhood. The house was very clean and as described. All amenities were provided. It was easy to get to and a great location to explore Inverloch and surrounding areas. The host was quick to respond to any queries and we had a nice relaxing holiday. Would highly recommend this property.

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. Highly recommend for couples or just a couple. Thanks Howard. So good!

A great place for larger groups. Very comfortable living space with plenty of sitting options and great dining table that seats 10. Wood burner was welcome as it was cold for our visit in June. Very quiet area but a short drive to shops and wonderful foreshore walks. Comfortable beds but bring your slippers-A tad cold on the floors. Very well equipped kitchen with coffee machine. Highly recommend Eleonore’s place to stay and explore this beautiful area.

Aine’s place was perfect for our stay. Everything was super clean, the house was well equipped with all we needed and the beds and furniture all comfy. The house is very handy to walk to shops and restaurants and not too far for a day trip to Wilson’s Prom and local vineyards. Thanks so much Aine!

This is the second time we've stayed at Kat's place and loved it just as much. The location is great, just a short walk to the shops, restaurants and the beach. Kat's place is spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a relaxing few days. Thanks again Kat.

Very tidy house perfect for our short stay

Fantastic house within walking distance (500m) of the main street and venues. Lovely and clean, renovated, and comfortable. We stayed as a group of 5 adults who each wanted their own beds, and there was a good amount of space for us, though just a note that the single bed in the same room as the bunks is a pull-out trundle. Bathrooms were fantastic, big kitchen, plenty of space to relax around the house, as well as a pool table setup in the garage and a spa/swim spa combination out the back which was pre-heated and ready to go when we arrived. Hosts were super helpful and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Eight young at heart but aging golfers enjoyed a self catering two nights. There was more than enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for us to cook 3 course dinners each evening. The beds are comfortable; the house is private, we could hear the sea and the accommodation is large. There is a front lounge, very large dining area (seats 8 eight comfortably), good size kitchen and second lounge area, under cover back area with seating for 8, and a full size grilling or roasting BBQ. Ideal accommodation for 2 families or grandparents, parents and children. Highly recommended...we have been returning annually for some years.

Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing time. We were a group or 2 couples and 2 dogs and it was perfect. We enjoyed spending time relaxing on the two deck areas and plenty of space for the dogs to play and explore. You feel like you are in nature. The house was clean and well equipped. Kitchen is great and modern. Lots of linens provided which is not always the case so was appreciated. The beach is walkable which is also great when you have wet and sandy dogs.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Paddock. The property is beautifully secluded, offering a true private escape. Waking up to panoramic views—ocean on one side, farmland on the other—was magical. The views were especially wonderful during sunrise and sunset. The ever-changing weather made the outlook even more captivating. Morning walks to the local café and beach became our favorite ritual, and honestly, we didn’t feel the need to explore beyond the property—just being there was enough. Whether it was sunshine or rain, the place had a calming, immersive charm. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to coming back.

What a great little get away. Thank you for letting us stay at The Wanderer, from the time we got there we settled in right away. Great location and close to everything. The Wanderer was clean and provided the little things we needed. Highly recommended

Great house, very well appointed with everything we could have needed. Beautiful garden, and fresh herbs were a bonus. Secure yard and welcoming touches for dogs like bowls and a dog bed. Host was helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Brooke’s place. She was a wonderful host – communication was clear and effortless and everything ran smoothly. The location is ideal, with the Cape Paterson rock pools just a short drive away and a kids’ playground and spacious clean dog park within walking distance. The house itself was cosy and well equipped, with a central heater to keep us warm, a coffee machine (Brooke’s recommended setting was spot on), a smart TV and plenty of space for two kids, a pup and two adults. The beds were very comfortable and it was great having both a washing machine and dryer available. While the weather wasn’t ideal for using the outdoor bath and shower, the boys and our dog had a great time in the large backyard. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxed getaway with everything you need close by.

Sarah's amazing property wasnt only beautiful, but exceptionally comfortable and homely. From the moment we walked in, we felt at ease and ready to relax. The local surroundings and fantastically appointed house made settling in a breeze... Our only regret is not booking for longer, as we can't wait to return and enjoy Walkerville North again soon. Thank you so much for a short but wonderful stay!
