Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Intracoastal Waterway

This is a beautiful condo and perfectly located for a beach vacation! The unit was comfortably furnished, and the bathroom and kitchen were thoughtfully stocked. Jeanette is an excellent host and clearly communicated throughout the process. I will definitely come back soon!

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a calm and relaxing environment in North Myrtle Beach! This unit was exceptionally clean and tidy, allowing our group to feel right at home. The view from the balcony is stunning and the inside of the place itself is lovely. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the beach! It is conveniently close to a grocery store and several other restaurants, making it an ideal spot for an extended stay. Ervisa, as well as her partner Jon, were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. She also provided me with her number, ensuring she was always available to answer any questions I had! Overall, a 10/10 experience and I would absolutely book this rental again in the future :).

Me and my friend stayed here and it was amazing! Very roomy we walked around town, lots of places to get good food and coffee. It was very clean and welcoming!

Sara is a phenomenal host. Her place was as described and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. The kitchen is well stocked but the local restaurants, so many within easy walking distance, were too tempting to resist. The furnishings were all comfortable, including the bed, which was much appreciated. If you have stayed at an airbnb with a cheap mattress, you will understand my relief. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony and watching the boats sail by. After breakfast at The Drift Coffee + Kitchen (awesome avocado toast) we set a goal to explore the entire Riverwalk and it was easily done, even in the June heat. Whether boat tours, historical home tours, horse drawn carriage rides, or shopping are on your list, Sara's condo is centrally located and very convenient. So much so, once we parked our car, we didn't need it again until we were ready to leave. And as an additional convenience, the complementary parking pass was so helpful. We look forward to another stay.

Was in Wilmington for a 5 day work trip. Great place to break up the monotony of staying in a hotel every week. The location is perfect and the vibes of the unit and building are immaculate. Would 100% book again if I find myself in Wilmington for work or personal travel!

This trip is what I needed. Exactly what the pictures posted. The balcony was so peaceful. I would definitely stay here again no doubt about it. Next reset getaway here. Barely moved my car. I loved it

One of my favorite AirBNB stays. The house is on the third row from the ocean and is an easy walk to the beach, even with kids and a dog. The house was generously stocked with everything we needed for 5 days. We loved the beach supplies and the comfy porch. We would love to stay here again.

Just as it was pictured and described. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us lots of suggestions for food and things to do. Would book again! One unexpected event before my trip was breaking my foot but we still kept the trip. The place had a ramp and other amenities that allowed me to be able to still get around the property/house pretty well.

Our family had such a wonderful time at 12 oaks. Everything was absolutely wonderful and Peggy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back. My only complaint is the tub of pimento cheese needs to be gallon sized! Thanks again!

This place is the epitome of peace. Highly recommend this property for so many reasons - great location right off main highway, beautiful view with steps to the beach, nice accomodations with thoughtful touches and best of all, very sweet and helpful hosts, Robert and Emeric. Would love to return and stay longer.

From the moment we arrived we felt completely at ease. The location was great, very peaceful and a beautiful home. The home was very clean, and exactly what we expected. Holden beach has always held a special place in my heart and this home made me feel at home but at the beach! Being there brought back so many childhood memories! Laurin was a great host and we will definitely be back again!

Loved the location. I wasn't sure about everyone in our group liking being so close to the "hubbub", but that ended up being what something we really liked about the place. Lots of things to do that are walkable. Shops, restaurants, bars, coffee houses, a beautiful walkway along the intracoastal waterway, a kids playground... And the view can't be beat! Well stocked kitchen- like truly everything you could possibly need. Lots of seating on the deck. All the things! Mom was over the moon about her 90th birthday celebration.

Had a great time and appreciated that the kitchen was truly supplied as a full kitchen so we could cook like we were at home. Chad was very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

We loved our visit to Carolina Skies and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when we return to Holden Beach. Extremely clean and (equally as importantly to me) exceptionally quiet. A perfect haven after hours of fossil and seashell hunting. Loved that there was no carpet, all the interior decor was pleasing to the eye, and it was equipped with everything we needed. Good communication with hosts made us feel cared for. Thank you for the enjoyable stay!

A beautifully decorated condo that’s more spacious than the pictures and a quiet spot with ocean views . We enjoyed sitting on the patio for afternoon cocktails listening to the waves this week. Chad is an excellent host and we appreciated ALL the extra thoughtful touches and the local suggestions. Perfect for a couple looking to get away to relax. We would stay here again!

Perfect location! Just a few steps to the beach on a coded private walkway. Within easy walkable distance to the boardwalk for us & our small dog. Britts donuts has always been one of my favorite places! Condo was very clean. The king bed was really comfy. Amanda messaged after we checked in to make sure everything was going good & that we didn't have any issues with anything. I would highly recommend this condo.

We absolutely loved our week at Anne’s condo. It was not only beautifully decorated, but also very cozy and comfortable. Our favorite place to hang out was on the deck overlooking the beach and pool. The kitchen was amazing. Everything we needed was right there. The beds were so comfortable. Anne was extremely helpful in every way. She answered all my questions and provided lots of great helpful hints about where to visit and eat. It was an awesome first visit to Ocean Isle Beach and definitely not our last.

Anne is a great host. The property is right at the beach. She provides soap, starter trash bags, dish detergent, you name it. Even coffee pods! She gives recommendations and is quick to respond. Great place.

Amy’s place was wonderful. The condominium was spacious and had everything we needed. She’s right, if you’re looking for a spotless clean, this is not your place but for us, it was perfect! We’re not super picky. We loved the guest book and the binder with all the local recommendations. It was an easy walk to the heart of Southport. We would for sure stay here again!

This location and property is fantastic! Ryan has many more nice amenities than listed in the description. The back deck is awesome - my favorite place of the week (except for the beach). Coffee and watching the sunrise on the deck each morning was so nice!

Wad blown away by the space, the views, the people and Sunset beach was lovely. Close to restaurants, supermarket and the beach. The apartment was spacious,clean and the closed in patio was lovely in the afternoons and evening. No bugs!! Bonus. Will definitely recommend to anyone who asks.
