Beautiful place!! We had an issue in the beginning but Amanda was quick to respond and get the problem fixed!

Our stay was amazing! Super close to the pier and walkable to the beach and restaurants. Place was super clean and had all amenities listed and that you would need. Would 100% book again!

If you looked up the definition for a perfect host, Tracy would surely come up as a result. She was very responsive, friendly flexible, and always willing to help. Tracy was always willing to accommodate and ready whenever we needed. Love coming to Sunset beach knowing that there’s a place just around the corner from the beach access is perfect. or definitely Tracy’s place a regular spot to come and relax.

We loved our stay. It is so convenient to the beach. It was great to have a place for our beach stuff in the closet downstairs! It may not be a major amenity, but having a filtered water pitcher was awesome! Thank you for this! We can’t wait to come back again! Pro tip: If you go to Inlet View Restaurant, order appetizers from the bar on the first floor. No wait! You can order apps downstairs only, but they have 2 pages to choose from.

My partner and I booked this place for our 1 yr anniversary and Debi and Peter were such rockstar hosts. We had zero issues locating or entering the space and the space was spotless. Beach front view was unbelievably amazing and we couldn’t believe how lovely it was to hear waves crashing 24/7. It’s was so kind of them to have items such as beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Very thoughtful. Overall a 5 star experience and we’ll be back.

Great place and great location. A lot of nice coffee shops, resturants, and bars. The Oak Pavillion was a close walk so no need to spend money on a ride share app. Bathroom had great water pressure and the laundry unit being right there was nice to warm a towel for post-shower. Parking was a little confusing but Ann st next to the church after the median on 3rd st was free parking. It was 3 blocks away uphill but parking was safe there the whole time and all amenities were close so you can leave your car and walk most everywhere. Great place to stay if you're visiting wilmington or (like we did) going to a concert.

This condo is couple perfect! Beautifully appointed and better than described. Had every amenity you could need. The view from the balcony was AMAZING! The hosts were super responsive to any needs. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Myrtle Beach.

An adorable beach bungalow perfect for a couple's getaway! Very clean and with all the amenities you could need for a trip to Oak Island. Short walk to the beach via public access point, and great restaurants and coffee shop - all within walking distance. Hot tub is a nice added feature! Beautiful place! The decor and overall aesthetic was so well done and picturesque. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, stores, a park, and ice cream shops. Directions were clear and easy and it was nice to know that only the people that were staying in the complex had access to the pool and beach. Great stay and very kind management!

Donna's style and attention to detail make this place a showstopper. It was beautifully decorated and spotless. The communication was prompt, and we were so grateful. Unfortunately, my husband had booked a different place that looked like a good place for college kids to stay, and it was uncomfortable. We moved out and were fortunate that Donna's place was available. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is immaculate. The dishes, pans, etc are all like new. We felt right at home. There was an outside closet downstairs with coolers, beach toys, and chairs to borrow. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Absolutely beautiful place. Beautiful views of pond complete with own alligator (kids named Bob) and golf course. Conveniently located close to everything. Esther is super responsive. The place was clean and in order when we arrived. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. I just cannot say enough good things about our stay. Even the neighbors were nice.

We had a great stay! The place was immaculate - spotless and well maintained. It had everything we could possibly need, which made everything super convenient. Just a short drive to the beach & pool, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

As a mom who rarely gets a moment to recharge, this weekend away with my three best friends was exactly what I needed—and this beach condo exceeded every expectation. From the start, the spacious layout gave us all room to relax and breathe. Whether we were cooking together, lounging in the living area, or getting ready for a night out, we never felt crowded. It was the perfect setup for a girls' trip! The comfort of the home was next-level, with cozy beds, plenty of seating, and all the essentials ready and waiting. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were clean with extra linens and toiletries, and everything was so well organized that we didn’t have to think twice about a thing. One of our absolute favorite parts? The view from the balcony. Every morning and evening, we found ourselves drawn out there with coffee or wine in hand, just soaking in the beautiful scenery and ocean breeze. Nancy's place was great and was as described/pictured. Beach and pool areas were great. Loved the smaller pool by our rental. We had a little snag getting in, we did not have the building code. However, Nancy responded timely. No complaints from us. We had a great stay. One thing, out of Nancy's control, was that an ice cream truck parked on the street daily and played kid's and Christmas melodies VERY loudly. Could have done without that!

We interacted with Laurie, and she was just as AMAZING as the place. She was very helpful and gracious before and during our stay. The condo was perfect for what we and another couple needed for the long weekend visit to the area. Hopefully this place will be available when we make trips to the area in the future .

Mimi’s place was great. Her place was extremely clean, very well stocked and the posted notes were a bonus. She was an amazing host, very responsive and gave great restaurant recommendations. I would definitely book this place again.

Great location and condo, but although it’s on the ocean, it isn’t decorated beachy at all. Could be a condo anywhere. But when you open the sliding doors and step out on the balcony, the waves and seagulls wash it all away!
