Fully equipped 1-room apartment (34 sqm) in Villa Glückspilz for 2 people directly on the Binzer beach promenade in the immediate vicinity of the pier and shopping street. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernized by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. My apartment is located on the beautiful island of Rügen in a central location of Sagard. In the immediate vicinity (about 3 km) is the Jasmundtherme with its sauna and bathing landscape as well as an extensive wellness area. To the beach in Glowe 7 km away you need about 10 minutes by car. Shopping in the village is a 10-minute walk away.
